The high-performance Coboc AD-U22ETHERNET-BK USB to RJ45 Network converter is an easy, fast way to connect a laptop or desktop computer to a fast Ethernet network. It allows for easy plug-and-play installation for some Windows/Mac systems*, and supports USB full and high speed modes. Simply plug it into any USB 2.0 laptop or desktop currently limited to 10/100 Ethernet, and benefit from faster transfer on your Ethernet network. Plus, it’s USB-bus powered; no extra power cable required.
Note: * There are three options for installing drivers. No driver requested for Win XP (32/64) & Mac OS X 10.7 or newer. Mac OS X 10.5 & 10.6 request extra driver software. Please check the following pictures.
A high-speed USB 2.0 to RJ45 Network converterWith a USB 2.0 Type A Male port at one end, and an 8P8C RJ45 Female port at the other end, the AD-U22ETHERNET-BK lets you easily connect a laptop/desktop computer to a fast Ethernet network. The USB 2.0 port is backward compatible with USB 1.1, while the RJ45 port fully supports IEEE 802.3, 802.3u, and 802.3ab (10Base-T, 100Base-TX). It delivers full 10/100 Mbps auto-sensing fast Ethernet performance over the USB 2.0's 480 Mbps bus. This means you can surf through the internet at a high speed – no more lag.
