5 out of 5 eggsGotta have it

Pros: Awesome. Can't connect to a slim ODD without it. Must have for Mini ITX builds. And who wants to use the board from inside an external Slim ODD case?

Cons: It's a little long for SFF cases.

Other Thoughts: I have three slim external disc drives. I bought them for my netbooks. I'm trying to move from netbooks to tablets (Hurry up Andriod and Windows). So I have no need for these. So I've been experimenting with SFF cases. I love them, as long as they fit a 470/480 or 570/580.

5 out of 5 eggsFor Slimline Optical Drives

Pros: Electircally conductive?

Cons: isn't SATA3?

Other Thoughts: Just wanted everyone to realize that this cable is for connecting a Slimline (as in laptop/notebook) optical drive to power & sata connections inside a non-laptop/notebook computer.
