Pros: Extremely simple install, even on linux. Great sound quality, no ground hum. Haven't tried the microphone yet.

Cons: Really wish they weren't AppleWhite, but what do you expect from a product called "iMic"?

Speed: Full Speed (12mb/s)

I was able to successfully drive three of these off a standard USB 2.0 hub (no extra TTs on it) simultaneously with no discernible lag.

Great Audio Adapter

Pros: Plug and play in Mac OS X and Windows XP. Great Audio out quality

Cons: a bit of noise on the input

Other Thoughts: this is probably expected because it is no a professional recording device. Works very well though. You can turn on a software noise reducer and it works almost perfectly!
