Pros: mini itx form factor runs cool quiet ubuntu 9.10 server shows 4 logical cores works great as a linux server (LAMP)
Cons: for what I am using it for there are no cons.
Other Thoughts: works with no issues with ubuntu 9.10 I have 2 drives in a RAID 1 running the OS and a 4 drive RAID 5 for data. I use it as a server, no so sure how it would work as a desktop.

VGA doesn't work

Pros: Cheap?
Cons: After firing this board up, I found that it wasn't outputting any VGA signal, after testing multiple monitors & VGA cables. Bummer.

Easy to install - good value

Pros: Straightforward install. I'm not sure what other reviewers mean when they say that the documentation is unclear. There is no manual, to be sure, but the product comes with very clear visual instructions and schematics.
Good linux compatibility. Thanks to the open source Intel 945 drivers, I've encountered no problems while running Arch Linux with this board.
Quite peppy for the price, so long as you don't expect high-powered graphics. I use this as an everyday desktop machine and it works fine for my purposes.
Cons: The graphics chipset is underwhelming, but I knew this before I bought the board.
2 MB maximum RAM.
Other Thoughts: I haven't heard much of a whine from the fan yet. I installed this in an Apex MI-008 case and added a 120mm fan on the side vent. Thus far, the CPU temps have remained in the mid 30s. I'll have to see if the chipset fan becomes a problem.
The Apex MI-008, 1 MB Corsair ram, and a WD 320 Caviar Blue make for a great little budget desktop.
