Tech Level: high - Ownership: less than 1 day

Pros: I use the same cooler on my i7, it rocks! I use a Monsoon II on my core2, it also rocks.
I guess this will save you some shipping cost.
This system is no slouch.

Interesting idea from Vigor. I hope it does well. More diverse options would be great.

Cons: That cooler is no feather nor a feather weight. It weights a lot but does an excellent job. +?-?
Hope this is well packaged for that UPS trip.

If your going to assemble and pre-bake a system, go all the way with the rest of the parts needed and change for a warranty. I know its been done, but it works. Case, PSU, GFX Card, HDD(s) so on. Your half way there. Those are the cheap and easy parts for the most part, cept the GFX or a veloci-raptor or something.

Other Thoughts: How much memory? 2GBs 4GBs?? 1GB?
What Asus P45 model are they using?
Was the BIOS updated to something in particular?
How is this shipped with that very large HSF attached?

I hope there is a very nice warranty on this. Otherwise you could just OC your own build.
What of the OEM's original warranties? Are they all void at the time of purchase?? Intel? Kingston? Asus?
