There is a new Gryphon Z97 board out. 
Is this an Exact Fit for this new board?

Update:  Disregard my previous comment.  Just watched a video where a company rep (JJ) stated that the armor kit will work with the new board.

So will this be part of the Gryphon motherboard as it is part of the Sabertooth mainboard???

I haven't used the Sabretooth version yet but I would think it is pretty much the same. You screw the top and bottom halves of the armor kit together with the M/B sandwiched in between. It does fit well and seems to protect the board well too. You just have to be careful what case you use. The armor kit makes the M/B much thicker, so it may not fit in the smaller cases. The first case I used was a hair too small. I wound up using the InWin Dragon Slayer case.

No ... The Crosshair does not have an armor Kit.

what all mobo does this fit??

It was made to fit the ASUS Z87 Gryphon Micro-ATX mother board. That is what I have. It's part of their Tuf series mobo's. They had the armor as a secondary purchase to keep the price of this mother board down, to make it available to more people. Per some web searching it looks like it will fit the Asus Z97 Gryphon Micro-ATX also. Not a requirement for the Motherboards. They are extremely tough and durable on their own. (5 Year warranty to back them up.) But the armor does look sweet on it, and keeps some of the dust from collecting on it. It comes with covers for all the open connectors also.

HEY I WAS WONDERING IF THERE WAS ANY CHANCE THIS COULD FIT ONTO THE ASROCK Z87 KILLER MOTHERBOARD AND IF THERES ANYWAY TO LET ME KNOW?
