I got a new Asus A78M-E mother board from newegg last week. I put this motherboard in an older PCAT box with 2 USB outlets on top.The top USB are physically broken. I have an open 10-1 pin USB34, USB56 connector on the motherboard and open bays on the front of the box. Will this front panel Hub work?

This hub has a regular USB cable to connect so you have to run it through the case and plug it into the back of the motherboard. Unless you have an ad in card with a host USB port on the inside of your case. It does not connect using the regular motherboard headers
