Pros: - This card works well in applications that most USB-serial adapters fails. This was the main reason to buy this card.
- Very cheap
Cons: Occasionally (once or twice a day)it starts generating a lot of interrupts even though nothing is connected to it. When it is happening, the CPU load is about 70%, although the idle process shows 99%. To stop the interrupts, you need to go to the Device Manager and disable and enable the NETMOS Bridge device under System Devices.
So far I was not able to find any firmware or driver upgrade that would solve this problem.

Bad Documentation

Other Thoughts: After figuring out that you have to disable the unusable parallel port to prevent the computer from going into a perpetual reboot cycle it worked as advertised. It took a few hours to figure this out and there was nothing in the documentation noting that this might happen. Techies need to write the documentation where the average person can understand. I am sure that Rosewill knew about this problem by not disabling the parallel port function of the chip but chose to ignore. Wasting precious time on a suspected problem that the manufacturer knew about is senseless.

Pros: good price & easy install. i think this cought have been a fix for me if it had been female in place of male. all my fault. now i need to find an adapter be fore i can use it.
Cons: reason for 3 eggs i think it would have been nice if there had been a note or a chorse of ports
Other Thoughts: please let me know if you have thye adapter..
