Same problems as others report

Pros: Since it is not working yet, I can't list pros.

Cons: Same issues as others report: once I install drivers, Win XP Pro won't load, or at least won't after 5 minutes of waiting. I refuse to wait longer, so I am going to investigate and try to get it to work.
My rating my go up if I can get it to work.

Just what I needed

Pros: -Works without drivers in XP
- Has header pins for front USB (main reason I bought it)

Cons: -Only has 2 USB ports in back. 4 would have been nice, but the header pins make up for it.

Other Thoughts: I bought this as part of a repair project on a friend's computer. She has an old Pentium III machine with only USB 1.1. I figured since she has an iPod and a digital camera, she would appreciate the upgrade. I installed this in back and linked it to a Rosewill multi card reader in front. Everything seems to be working just fine. That only gave her a total of 3 USB 2.0 slots, but that's better than what she had. Not to mention she can stick her camera's memory card in front now as well.

Works like it should

Pros: I needed an extra USB header for my card reader and this gave me just that. For $8 you can't beat it

Cons: Shipping wasn't free :(

Other Thoughts: No extra software needed in Win7; installed automatically as another USB controller without issues.
