Pros: Typical SuperMicro quality which is excellent, good airflow, no louder than a typical 1U. You can pack some power in this box with two 8 core CPU's and a ton of ram.
Cons: Does not include everything you need! You either must purchase a RAID controller board that Newegg does not sell, or run four SATA cables (not included) from the backplane to the SATA ports on the motherboard.
Other Thoughts: I posted a video review showing the fact that the hotswap bays are not connected to anything, but Newegg declined to post it.

Pros: Excellent quality all around, case is solid, well put together, no misalignments or wobble anywhere. Drive trays align easily and feel solid. Includes IPMI management port even though isn't explicitly listed, a necessity.
Cons: newegg doesn't sell the (necessary) raid card such as: AOC-USASLP-H8iR why? I was forced to purchase them elsewhere. Rails are decent but not the premium ball bearing type.
Other Thoughts: Newegg needs to carry the supermicro ball-bearing rails as the ones provided are decent, but not as premium as the rest of the case is. I would buy the supermicro premium rails through newegg if I could. Newegg needs to also carry replacement parts for these, or make it easier to identify compatible spare power supplies and fans. This system is worthy of the additional $6-$8k in equipment being loaded into them. I will buy (many) more.
