Question 1

i have a GTX 760, ASUS maximux VI impact, and my case is the AZZA CSAZ-103.

the dimensions on these thing are never clear, in the picture it looks like it sits at least an inch from the pcie slot after being plugged in, then i go to reviews and Q&A and people say half an inch or 5/7???
i question peoples ability to use a ruler.
if someone can plug this in and tell me exactly how high the female slot sits from the mobo i would greatly appreciate it, i dont have the money to be wasting on a bunch of test products looking for a match.

With the card plugged in and measuring from the top of the slot on the mobo to the top of the slot on the card is about 1 inch exactly.

Question 2

Will this fit in a Matx/mitx board using an mitx board that is 6.8"x6.8" and the case is 11.2 x3.8 x 15"? Can someone tell me how many inches I will have if depending on how this thing sits and if it sits upside down like most gpus or right side up? I am confused someone gimme some advice xD

I have it currently in a ASRock B85M-ITX Motherboard.  The back of the riser card stick out the back of the motherboard about 1/4 inch.  With a Geforce GT 610 low profile card in it add about 2 inches to the top of the board.

I have mine in a custom made briefcase case.  Hopefully this helps.

So yeah no one has told me if this faces towards the CPU or towards the bottom of the case. O.o?

This riser faces AWAY from the CPU!  And it's only about 1/2" in height once it's seated in the slot so you can't fit high-end GPU cards in this riser - only the low-profile single slot GPU cards.
