Is this the pad in the first picture of on the website, the one with the white logo without an outline? Does it come in the tube like in the photos? Is the texture of the pad polished or more of a normal cloth feel?

No, it only comes with the XTRAC logo in the bottom right. Yes it comes with a tube. It feels like kinda like a polished feel but mostly like a normal mouse pad. It was an amazing purchase and I've been using it since Aug 2013.

Is this mouse pad like the first image (with the all white logo, no outline like the second image). Does it come packaged in the tube also in the images?

Mine was bought September 2013 had the all white logo lower right hand corner like 2"x3" size and it did come rolled up in a tube.
