Paid for next day delivery and it wasn't even shipped until Noon the next day. Cons: Only USB connection works. The esata connection did not work at all and when I tried the connection the unit would stay on for about 10 seconds and shutdown. Did you find this review helpful? It's the best thing I've added to my system since my 1tb. All my drives are filled with video footage, no lag time so far and editing is still a snap. Plus, doesn't get over heated and my computer stays safely cool. Cons: Front face plate refuses to stay on. Four slots are not enough for me, but that's just me.
