5 out of 5 eggsWorked flawlessly in a dell poweredge t310

Pros: Fast ram, affordable pricing (lower than dells by easily half) and kingston! What else can you say besides 'kingston'. Either way, buying server ram is always a nightmare... this piece of ram worked just fine in my Dell Poweredge T310 server, and i recommend it to anyone upgrading such a system. Running two of them right now; Compatibility with ram youre already running is debatable, but these sticks can outfit your whole server to the max and replace any you were using.

Cons: None.

5 out of 5 eggsT610 upgrade

Pros: Works in my T610 just fine

Cons: Probably should not have quad rank as I can only have 4 ranks per channel which limits my overall ram

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Very fast. I have 4 of these set up in quad-channel with two Opterons in a server board. No lag at all.

Cons: None thus far

2 out of 5 eggsNot for use in Mac Pro

Pros: I'm sure it works in the right system

Cons: Bought it to use in 8 core westmere mac pro. Specs should be compatible but will not boot with it installed. Tried numerous times.

Other Thoughts: Buy the kingston memory for the mac pro that costs $30 more.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works great in the PowerEdge T610!

Cons: I had to remove my old memory. This is probably because I didn't research proper memory configurations. I will probably just buy two more to replace the old memory.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Price, bought 4 x 8GB sticks and they work great with Supermicro X8SIL even though it's not officially supported. Xeon x3440 and 32GB ram with vSphere 5 makes for really nice cheap ESX host.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: 4x8GB config runs at DDR3-800, but that's a memory controller limitation, not the ram's fault. No big deal.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat....I think.

Pros: Kingston. 8GB in one stick. Probably works great.

Cons: Didn't work with the Supermicro X9SCM-F. Had to buy from another store cause Newegg only had one available. :(

Other Thoughts: I swore I read that it would accept RDIMM...but alas....no post and memory missing beeps. Too bad....8GB UDIMMs are at least twice the price.....if you can find them. No reason to dock the memory for my planning error.
