To save every precious, valuable and romantic moment, you may purchase a high resolution digital camera, digital camcorder, or some other high-end device. However, normal Secure Digital Cards (SD Cards) on the market today may not let you capture these moments because of slow read/write speed. Slow read/write speed may cause lag time between shots and result in missing the opportunity to record some of your finest memories.
This A-DATA Turbo SDHC Memory Card (Class 6), rated a Class 6 performance card which means the card has a guaranteed write speed of at least 6MB/s, will reduce time between shots. For those high-end digital device users, A-DATA Turbo SDHC Memory Card (Class 6) will ensure you capture every “picture-perfect” moment!
Pros: The price has dropped dropped through the floor on sdhc. cheap, fast and spacious storage.
Cons: Seems many buyers of sdhc have not done their homework.
Other Thoughts: Heres the deal : SDHC is not SD format flash memory. Most new consumer electronics on the market will use them, if youre running older electronics (cameras, pda, laptops, mp3 players etc) you may need to update the current firmware or OS of the device youre using. Check the manufacturer of your gadget's website for appropriate updates. Also Microsoft has an update available to make PC's recognize sdhc, which may or may not make an older flash card reader compatible. As for ipaq, yes you can use sdhc, but you need to download the patch from hp. Check your device compatibility before choosing SDHC, you may find that a quick update could save you big $$ compared to similiar sized SD cards.

Forget about warranty support

Pros: Worked fine for the brief time that it worked
Cons: I used this card for about a month in a Garmin GPS unit. Suddenly the unit would not recognize the card. Neither would any of the readers/computers I tried.
A-DATA "supports" this product from Taiwan. To take advantage of the lifetime warranty, they want you to send the receipt, serial number, detailed photo of the front and back of the card. Contrast this to Kings***, where you request an RMA online, ship the product to a US address and they ship the replacement within 3 business days.
Other Thoughts: I'm sure that other brands that provide US-based support offer processes similar to Kings***, so I'll be sticking to one of those brands from now on.

Fast and cheap

Pros: I have bought the card for use with Sanyo Xacti CG6 video camera. I can fit 2 hours and 44 minutes of MPEG4 on this card at the highest quality setting. The speed of the card is very good. It matches write performance of Sandisk Ultra II card and exceeds reed performance a bit. On my write test for large files (over 400MB) it showed sustained speed of 8.5-9 MB/s and on the read test around 14 MB/s.
Cons: None so far
Other Thoughts: Exceeded my expectations in the write/read performance tests. I have ordered a second card from Newegg today.

Cons: After 2 1/2yrs of use and about 5500 pictures taken the card's case split in 1/2 at the connectors. The lock button fell out and now the card is perminately write-locked

Slower than some other Class 6 Cards

Pros: Reasonable price, it works, and is 'relatively' fast.
Cons: Considerably slower in my DSLR than some other "class 6" cards in the same price range (ie, O*Z). Buffer filled up in continuous shooting, while it would not do so for the others.
