SUPER Fast. I get sustained 35 mb/s transfer rates, and usually can copy over a movie (~+/- 1gb) in less than a minute. FAST FAST FAST for USB 2.0 (Fastest on the market I believe) Cons: Does not come with a Cyborg-like skin grafting kit so I can permanently implant this in my body, NEVER TO LOSE IT AGAIN! Very quick in my opinion. Was also very cheap when I got it which is another plus! The outside material protects the drive well... Cons: A little big, may block a usb port for some. The outside cover can get dirty and collect lint from say your jeans pocket. The cover does not stay on that good, but it works. (It can also get lost easily) Other than that, great product! Other Thoughts: This makes a great gift and I would defiantly recommend this to anyone looking for a fast cheap flash drive. Cost per gb a bit high at the time of purchase. Not USB 3. Other Thoughts: Previously owned the same model in 4gb. Thing was indestructible, even going through the wash. Finally just lost it. Cons: It's not free. Other Thoughts: I've been using it nearly every day since I got it, and have had absolutely no problems! N/A 12/4/2012 9:04:39 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5 Verified Owner	Rating: 5/5Practically bullet-proof (please don't actually try it) Pros: Water Proof Drop Proof Cost effective Accidentally bent USB plug to about a 140 degree angle (from the normal 180 degree aka straight line). Couldn't believe it still worked! No data loss or anything. Cons: Cap falls off if you bump into things (drive on key ring), and gets left in pockets when pulling the drive out (jeans). Dust sticks to the rubber like glitter to glue. Did not stand up to getting run over by a forklift at work, but that's to be expected. Other Thoughts: Work IT in a Hardware Store's Distribution Center, love the drive. Recommend it to anyone who works in dirty areas, around liquids, or is just clumsy/accdent prone. I like the rubber casing and the overall rugged feel. At the time 8gb was a good size as well Cons: Although the feel of the drive is rugged it ultimately didn't prove so, the main problem with the flash drive is the weak connector. the only thing keeping the USB connector on the flash drive is four solder points to the PCB. if you hit the side of the Drive while it's plugged in, the connector will bend and eventually break. one other criticism is the activity LED is blue, on a red and black themed flash drive i think it would have been better red. Other Thoughts: Overall I couldn't suggest this drive to anyone because of the limited drive capacity and the weak USB connector, it is unfortunate that patriot memory didn't choose to reinforce the USB connector.
