1 out of 5 eggsDO NOT BUY

Pros: Stores up to 20 gigs of data but NO MORE

Cons: Everything. I finally reached a point where I was going to have more than 20 gigs stored on the Team x 101 64 gig drive. It says it is full even though it shows more than 41 gigs left. Reformatting doesn't help. I have a 20 gig drive in a 64 gig case. This extremely deceptive practice.

Other Thoughts: Waste of money since I bought a 64 gig flash drive

4 out of 5 eggsIs okay

Pros: Profile is like-able.
Has aluminum on it.
It is blue.
Does have a place for a lanyard.
Price is affordable to me.
Runs programs off the drive well.
Just a plain usb 3.0 drive without "extra features" that other drives have.

Cons: Broke once.
RMA makes you pay the shipping, Sandisk didn't do that to me.
Communication with RMA department is odd. In short if you do not have your facts right and know what you are talking about to a highly technical level, there will be nothing short in dealing with them. Lucky for me I did know my stuff and was able to quickly prove to them what the issue was without hassle.
Shipping time is on tweaker time.
I feel that the RMA drive I got back is slower than the one I had before it broke, could be wrong.
No encryption features.
No way to secure cap when in use.
Not water resistant.
Poor documentation.

Other Thoughts: I bought this drive so that I could run portable applications. I would use a different computer everyday. Runs FireFox, Chrome, Notepad++, ZBar, Pidgin, Filezilla, Ditto and a few things I made all at the sametime without any issues. In some cases I was noticeably faster than co-workers who used the hdd, but normally about the same as using the hdd. Copying a .iso that was 4gb or so had an average speed of 30MB/s on a USB 3.0 port. This was a laptop, the hdd could have been a bottle neck. I recommend this drive, however BACK UP, seriously this drive will fail on you. All drive will fail on you. Just back up your data okay.

4 out of 5 eggsvery fast

Pros: Fast & slim design. If you need 64GB fast, this is your drive

Cons: The case is metal & is susceptible to static electricity. I haven't lost data yet, but it does worry me.

Other Thoughts: Lost an egg for the metal case. I like the strength, but worry about data loss due to static electricity.

5 out of 5 eggsNot bad

Pros: pretty good speeds for a 38 dollar flash drive (with sale). The fat format its in is kinda... ridiculous, just went with ntfs standard, since its just a backup of school stuff, but between changing from fat to ntfs... speed increased 3 fold... but again, allocation size was ridiculous, as said in a previous review.

The part youre looking for here though, speeds (after formatting)

read, topped out at 195Mbps (...this drive cost how much again?)
write, topped out at 79Mbps (... this is almost as fast as my laptop hard drive as is...)

so, moral is... format it = fast

Cons: ...the rediculously useless (for its size, personally, i mean, why not exFat at least?) factory format.

the cap came apart when i got it... wouldnt stay toghether when i tried to put the 2 parts back in place... then dumbly made the plastic part do a 180... and its snug... though... it looks the same as the other way? weird. shrug.

Other Thoughts: eh, if you can get it sub 40, even with usb2.0, its decent if you're gonna use it for an extra backup of files kinda drive, or running some stuff off of it. Haven't ever used team for any memory, so I'm on the fence about putting super important things on there

4 out of 5 eggsDon't use windows format utility

Pros: to the person who got two, and only one worked, did you reformat using windows format utility, if not try using SDFormatter which you can find online and download for free, also make sure it shows up in device manager, and that it is enabled, had similar problem with other drive, a lot of these drives have a protected area that windows will overwrite, and make them unusable with some formats, I use mine now only in ntfs, because it won't go back to fat32, I was told to return it, bur haven't yet..

Cons: none,,, but be careful with usb drives

2 out of 5 eggsMixed Review

Pros: I bought two of these USB disks, one works great. It has a huge amount of storage for the price and is extremely fast.

Cons: The second one I bought will connect to a computer but will not respond. It shows up but says there is no disk connected. I am trying to get this replaced or fixed but I have no received a response yet.

5 out of 5 eggsFast, great price, and very dependable

Pros: I've waited a year to post a review on this thumbdrive to gauge it's dependability, and I'm happy to report that it's worked flawlessly all this time. I keep it plugged as a permanent backup drive, so losing the cap isn't an issue for me

I have only USB 2.0 ports, so my read/write speeds aren't what they could be, but I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to copy gigabytes of data to and from it.

Cons: It does run a bit warm compared to the ancient 2 GB thumbdrive in the USB port next to it, but that hasn't had any negative effects so far.

Other Thoughts: I'd happily buy another - although I thought after a year we'd be seeing 128 GB thumbdrives for the same price - Moore's law and all. I can't complain, since I bought this during a killer sale and it came with a free 8 GB SDHC card.

4 out of 5 eggsworks

Pros: writes at 70+ MByte/s sustained test w/ NTFS. reads at 120+ MByte/s sustained test w/ NTFS.

Cons: na

Other Thoughts: it tested as meeting the stated read and write speeds. I have not used it sufficiently to comment on reliability nor durability. This is about all I am willing to pay for a 64GB USB3 stick. If it lasts, win.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Flash Drive...Waterproof?

Pros: Fast, durable (see below), size, price

Cons: Cap can be easily lost

Other Thoughts: This drive has worked flawlessly on my MacBook Pro and Window 7 machine (exFAT). Also, I made the mistake of leaving it in my jeans pocket...I'm sure you can guess what happened. It went through the washing machine. I knew it was caput. BUT NO! It still had all my files on it and worked great (I let it dry out for a few days).

The only con I have is the cap can easily be lost because you cannot clip it on the back when open.

Great, trusted, flash drive!

Super fast. I bought this to store inside my Sony car media player. DSX210x. I chose this drive because of the reviews ...

Filled up the drive with 60 gigs music files in about 20 minutes. Only warm to the touch afterwards.
