Having a terrible time getting the keyboard to function properly. Does not type any letters or digits. Have tried changing the batteries, changing the USB port but still not working. Could you please provide help to my question? Thank you!

I had the same problem. I previously had a Microsoft wireless mouse which had a transmitter working with my old keyboard. I disconnected it and plugged in the new enclosed USB transmitter. Could not type any letters or digits...........plugged in my old mouse transmitter to the back of my computer and everything then worked perfectly. Don't know why the USB connector enclosed with the new keyboard doesn't work.
