What are the dimensions?

Closed, the dimensions are 4-1/4" X 9-1/2" X 1/2".

I thought this KB was supposed to have Bluetooth. Does it have Bluetooth?

Yes, this has bluetooth. And can connect to 3 different devices and switch between them with a tiny switch in the upper left. The battery life is expected to last 6 months between charges.

I have a Motorola RAZR with an Otter skin protector. Will the holder allow for the extra width of the Otter skin, or will I have to remove it from the protector to use it with the keyboard?

I can't give a direct answer but the slot is just under a half inch wide (I measured about 7/16").
