5 out of 5 eggsStill going strong after nearly 3 years

Pros: Easy to learn how to use. Good range and accuracy. Doubles as a surface mouse with no changes. Durable. Comfortable.

Cons: Keyboard is a bit flaky connecting sometimes. Wish the keyboard was also rechargeable.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this combo for my primary HTPC back in December 2008 and it has been going strong ever since. Many drops onto hardwood and carpet have not damaged either. Range is great for my room size - have not tested beyond my own modest needs. Have not had to replace the battery. No regrets! I plan to buy another soon for a second location.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it

Pros: Air Mouse, Software, keyboard size and battery life. No line of sight.

Cons: none that I found

Other Thoughts: Love then small keyboard. Great for PC's in the living room.
Air mouse options are plentiful. RF works great goes right through walls and floors.

1 out of 5 eggsFlaky

Pros: Mouse gyroscope has a lot of precision. Keyboard is durable and feels decent for scissor style keys.

Cons: First mouse worked intermittently, replaced under warranty. Second mouse worked better for a few months. The range is down to about 5 feet now. The keyboard misses keystrokes frequently, especially for the first few keys after you haven't used it for a while. Scroll wheel doesn't register movement all of the time.

Other Thoughts: If it was reliable, it would be great for an HTPC or for presentations. Not comfortable enough to be used for a primary mouse & keyboard though.

5 out of 5 eggsnice combo, good feel

Pros: price isn't bad, wireless worked out-of-the-box on Fedora 9, good tactile feedback on the keyboard, keyboard is compact (not too much to lug around), mouse fits nicely in my hand, mouse responds smoothly both on a desktop as well as in air.

Cons: Mouse feels a little light. keyboard is compact. Using the mouse in-air takes a little getting used to (need to hold down on a trigger button while using it in air)

Other Thoughts: It would be nice if this were a bluetooth combo, so that I wouldn't have to get a separate dongle for my Wii-mote

4 out of 5 eggsAlmost perfect

Pros: Nice and compact. Keyboard is light weight but still has all the right keys, even if a few were hard to find at first. The mouse fits my hand well. It has nice balance and weight. I like the programmability of the mouse.
Battery life on keyboard seems great. I like that it goes into power save mode quickly.

Cons: USB receiver must (for me at least) be outside the case. My system has an all metal case and the reception was very bad when I tested the receiver plugged inside. Being that the receiver is a stick and must be outside the case it unfortunately sticks out too far to put my case inside my entertainment center. I have to run a short USB cable from the back to the front.
The "Fn" key is in the wrong place. On all the laptops i have used/owned it is not the lower left most key. They need to swap it with the control key (Ctrl, Fn, Winkey, Alt, Space, etc.) because it is essentially a laptop keyboard.

Other Thoughts: Keyboard compact size moved many of the key loactions that I constantly push the wrong button.
They should have the receiver like the IR receivers you see with TV tuner cards.
I would like to have programmable keys on this keyboard or ability to reprogram the web keys.
Mouse charger does not really need the bright blue light in the base to left us know its charging. Just let the green light on the mouse be the "in charge" indcator. When my room is dark, it puts out an annoying glow that I have to cover.
I think the numeric keypad function is a waste. I don't use it on my laptop and will never use it here.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect for an HTPC

Pros: This is great for an HTPC connected to an HDTV. Excellent range, and the air mouse makes using this computer that much more fun. Winblows Media Center, and PowerCinema both recognized the shortcuts on the keyboard without any software, as well as the air mouse trigger. This is a must buy for anyone building an HTPC.

Cons: Sometimes the RF receiver has trouble reading inputs from the mouse and the keyboard simultaneously. This might not make this a good keyboard for gaming.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: Great product. Came here to buy another one because I accidently dropped the keyboard and popped two of the keys loose, still works though, but it's temporarily out of stock. Have had one for five plus years. Keyboard is miserly on 4 AA batteries, put my second set in about a year ago. Nickel-metal hydride battery in mouse still good. Doesn't really like a secondary USB wired keyboard plugged in at the same time, can cause a bit of slow keyboarding (unaffected by a PS2 wired keyboard). Don't know if a USB wired mouse effects the airless mouse/presenter, PS2 doesn't. Keyboard is the size of a large notebook computer's keyboard so does take a bit to get used to, just like a notebook's. Mouse really wasn't designed for gaming, but works great for surfing, Media Center, and everything else. When recharging the mouse, be sure the blue charging LED is lit on the mouse, like all nickel-metal hydride battery units they're either charged or they're dead, no in between state.

Cons: NewEgg was out of stock. Waaaah!!!! Hope they get them in soon.

Other Thoughts: I have gamed with it but none of the wireless solutions out there like this are really fast enough yet to be ideal. Mouse works precisely as soon as you pull and hold the trigger while holding it at any angle in any position. Range for me was over 30 feet.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: it works great for what I need it to.

Cons: when you put the mouse down, it often seems to move pixel by pixel every half minute or so. keyboard only seems to function properly when it is in direct line of site of the usb receiver, otherwise it misses some keystrokes when typing quickly.

Other Thoughts: works nicely for home theatre PC setups.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Set

Pros: I have had this keyboard and mouse for over a couple of years now and have never had any issue with the keyboard or mouse. The keyboard has nice response and feel as well as a small form factor.

Cons: The mouse is slightly awkward to use in either position, but i bought this mainly for the keyboard, so i cannot complain.

4 out of 5 eggsGood HTPC keyboard/mouse

Pros: Range, the Gyro mouse is very cool and will get you that wow factor when showing it off. Small Foot Print.

Cons: Keyboard while working can miss a key stroke now and then. I would prefer the keyboard have a charge unit like the mouse but instead it requires +AAA batteries.

Other Thoughts: I've used these keyboards at work for the past year or so and they work well for presentations and the like. I recently put together a HTPC and it works really well for that or just causal typing. I wouldn't recommend this keyboard for a gamer as it can miss a keystroke. Its high light and the reason I purchased it is the range. I've easily stood as far away as 30 feet from the pc and was still able to type and use the mouse which is not something you will normally get out of a standard wireless keyboard and mouse.
