5 out of 5 eggsWow

Pros: clean, clear, crisp. I purchased this monitor 7 years ago, used it for 3 years and then somehow it got left at my parents house. This monitor has a beautiful screen and actually looks nearly as good as my new monitors.

Cons: worked for 7 years and looks better than most currently sold, I can't think of any.

Other Thoughts: In some ways I wish I could just pick up 2 more and use this monitor for my surround view setup.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Best 22" TF Panel ever made

Pros: Probably the most perfect screen ever for any 22" LCD including today's models

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I bought this @ F**S years ago - If i don't buy here i usually buy there. Even today it offered a better panel than +95% of TN panel LCD's, Unlike e below poster i CAN"T GET RID OF MINE lol. Yes I did buy a 27" Asus but this one has a slightly better picture overall. It's used on my secondary rig. No reason to get rid of it.

5 out of 5 eggsLove it!

Pros: It's big, bold and beautiful. No defects on mine so far as I could tell. Good, high resolution. Great color. A great welcome to wide-screen. Nice swivel base in case I wish to watch my TV card, a DVD or an iTunes video from across the room.

Cons: DVI cable not included. Luckily, I already have one I got with my old, little LCD screen.

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Monitor

Pros: This monitor is fantasticr. It has a really good picture quality. There are no dead pixels. The digital connection really adds to the picture quality. The vertical tilt works nice. The stand is stable, so there is no shacking in the monitor.

Cons: Need to buy a DVI cable. The base does not a swivel, but can be move quite easily.

Other Thoughts: I use this as a dual monitor setup for editing video, which works perfect. The size is more than large enough for this type of work. For the price you will not find many monitors that will beat the quality of this product.

5 out of 5 eggsLovely!

Pros: Beautiful! I love LG and the price was excellent. I have yet to see a better picture on another monitor. When comparing it to Samsung, the special pricing blew it away.

Cons: Its not a 24" for the same price. Soon I am afraid a 24" will be available for just as cheap.

Other Thoughts: I don't do gaming, but I do tons of multimedia. I can't wait till I a blue ray drive to really test it out.

5 out of 5 eggsWell worth it!

Pros: Good color reproduction, easy to use menu, slick looking. My eyes are sensitive to refresh rates on CRTs and even some LCDs, but this monitor poses me no flicker issues. I realize it's not really a "refresh rate" on an LCD, but yeah.

Cons: 1 stuck pixel. No DVI cable.

Other Thoughts: I highly recommend this monitor. I'm a gamer, and it does me well.

4 out of 5 eggsUnderrated Gem.......

Pros: -22" monster
-Price and ratings
-Is nicer than Samsung's similar 22" offering

Cons: -LG is not the highest of the foodchain in LCD land
-Color and brightness does need some tweaking for perfection

Other Thoughts: LG has put themselves on the map with this model. It seems like a monster next to a 19" that I previously had before it. The picture quality is beautiful, however you will definitely need to tweak the hue/saturation and brightness/contrast to get it perfect. I was originally looking at the Samsung 2253BW but have found many complaining of Samsung quality not being what it was. I'm happy I took the risk.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor

Pros: No dead pixels, fast, sharp picture.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: This is my second LG monitor and I have no regrets. Purchased it on sale for $210. The whole LG line of products is top notch.

Newegg rocks (duh).
