Great Monitor
- Pros: P-MVA Panel, Good size, nice high resolution. I like the design of the monitor as well. The base is actually part of the monitor and all cables connect at the back on the base, This keeps them from hanging down and keeps the look nice. Glossy screen coating really looks very nice. No dead pixels.
- Cons: Speakers (which I dont use). Slower response than TN panels (ghosting not noticable though). Backlight Bleed (Noticable only against dark backgrounds in dark light situations). Glossy screen coating bounces back reflections and catches a lot of dust and marks.
- Other Thoughts: This is my first LCD monitor and I am very pleased. The speakers look like they suck, but I dont use them. The backlight bleed is not that bad but it is noticable at times. The Glossy screen is great, but could be horrible in the wrong lighting conditions, it also picks up a lot of dust and will get marked up very easily, be prepared to clean this monitor fairly often. Other than that, I stuck with 20" vs 21 or 22 for better pixel pitch at the same resolution. True 8-bit was a deciding factor for me since I edit photos. For gaming this monitor is very nice. Ghosting is noticable if you look for it, but NOT noticable in any real world situations. An excellent every day monitor with great colors that should accomodate most users. As always, Newegg was fast and great.
Nice
- Pros: Moving from a 17" CRT to a 20" WS LCD is amazing. Colors look great. No Dead Pixels.
- Cons: A small amount of ghosting in games. It is unnoticable unless you are actually looking for it. Controls are oddly placed and can be a little akward to use. Stand is very stiff.
- Other Thoughts: Normal shipping from Newegg. Arrived the next day. If you are moving from an old 4:3 crt to a bigger widescreen, you wont be dissapointed. Also make sure you are in a good room for this monitor as the glossy screen (crystalbrite) may show a lot of reflections in unsuitable lighting conditions.

Great LCD
- Pros: This monitor works great. My computer recognized it immediately, no problems there. Colors look awesome, resolution is great. I love the widescreen look while i am gaming. Gloss finish looks very nice also.
- Cons: Nothing major - stiff stand, small amount of bleed which some of the time.
- Other Thoughts: Didn't need the speakers but they were built in to the base nicely, Almost looks like they aren't there.
Gloss finish is harder to maintain then normal screens, but not a big deal
Great Monitor.
- Pros: The monitor displays amazing colors, deep blacks, and incredible smoothness. It arrived promptly with no dead pixels. I simply cannot go back to a normal 4:3 monitor after having a widescreen; my view feels so squished.
- Cons: The top right corner of the black plastic encasing the screen is slightly warped up, but that is UPS' fault.
There is very slight ghosting in some applications, but it is hardly noticeable unless one is looking for it. As a gamer who plays fast-paced shooters and such, my eyes are not bothered by it during regular use.
- Other Thoughts: Shipped promptly by Newegg.

Even though its nice and shiny, the reflections (when there are reflections) are diminished just enough that they dont bother me
- Cons: I cant seem to get the friggin thing into its best posted resolution (1680x1050)... It will go above (sometimes) and defaults to a much lower res, but that's ok, i guess... It doesn't really bother me much
