VGA and RS-232 inputs let you use this monitor with most POS systems. The fold-out kickstand sets the screen 35° off vertical for a good viewing angle. You literally have to push your finger into the screen with your nail or hit it with a pen for it to register a response. Also it has a cheap build quality and has no stand to tilt in a small space. The volume - button puts it into "re adjust screen mode" so you have to push vol + and then push vol - to lower the volume. Other Thoughts: I have 3M M150 at a different location and it performs 100 times better and is much much more sensitive than this one. Tech support answers phone VERY quickly, is very helpful, and speaks perfect English. Three year warranty and they honor it. Cons: Every once in a while I'll get a touch screen controller error when I boot up. But I hardly ever restart the computers so it's no problem. All you have to do is turn off the machine, unplug and plug in the monitor, and turn the machine back on. Other Thoughts: We have five of these in our restaurant.
