5 out of 5 eggsAesthetically Pleasing

Pros: Bright monitor, the design is eye pleasing and it matches the rest of my peripherals. Also, having a DVI and VGA input is very nice. I don't have to shell out $$ for a KVM that supports DVI.

Cons: I wish there was an input swap button on the face of the monitor. As it is I have to dig through the OSD to find the input swap button.

Other Thoughts: Definitely worth the money. When finances allow I plan to get a second of the same model and retire my crummy old Fujiplus monitor.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor!

Pros: I just needed to replace my huge 20" CRT and this monitor is beautiful! Can't comment on games or movies, but if your looking for a great LCD you can't beat this one for the price.

Cons: None yet! Though I didn't even bother hooking up the speakers based on previous reviews.

Other Thoughts: Won't regret!

5 out of 5 eggsQuality and Excellent Value

Pros: Good quality image with DVI input at an excellent price. No dead pixels. Uses an MVA panel from AU Optronics.

Cons: DVI cable not included (be sure to order one from Newegg, they're overpriced in most brick & mortar electronics stores). Height not adjustable (just tilt).

Other Thoughts: Picked the L921G after reading the Anandtech review. I use the highly regarded Dell 2001FP and 1905FP at work (S-IPS and PVA panels, respectively) and an old Samsung 15" TN panel at home which this replaces. Qualitatively, this monitor looks as good as the Dell's to me (haven't had them side-by-side tho). If you like the color reproduction and symmetric viewing angles of PVA/MVA displays, consider this monitor. I'm very pleased with it so far for general use and gaming (BF1942 and WC3).

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor

Pros: Great monitor. After reading the reviews on Anandtech and here, I decided on this one. Mine came with no dead/stuck pixels.

Cons: The only thing keeping me from rating this a 5 is the speakers. And I know, who buys a monitor for the speakers, but why put them on if they suck that bad?

Other Thoughts: For the price, you can't go wrong. I am taking this to Iraq with me, so hopefully I can update this with how well it performs in harsh conditions.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor!

Pros: Great price, great quality! I am running two of these and they are awesome! Neither of them came with dead pixels and having two of these standing side by side looks amazing. I would highly recommend these monitors to anyone!

Cons: none that I can think of.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Monitor

Pros: This is the monitor for my switch from CRT flatscreen to an LCD. I was expecting to be dissapointed but suprisingly I'm not! I'm very picky when it comes to my computer and anything I buy, but this monitor surpassed my expectations. I have no dead or stuck pixels, and it looks great on the recomended resolution. Playing games such as World of Warcraft and SWAT 4 I have noticed no ghosting and I was looking pretty hard for it. I love it.

Cons: Its definately bright...I probably just need to get used to switching to LCD.

Other Thoughts: AMD Athlon 64 4000+, Nvidia geforce 6800, 2GB Corsair XMS ram. Running the monitor on analog right now but contemplating switching to DVI.

4 out of 5 eggs3 Months Later

Pros: See Other thoughts

Cons: See Other thoughts

Other Thoughts: This monitor has simply been great. I am now viewing it through my x800 pro Vivo, in DVI mode. The monitor is fantastic, their are a few minor flaws that I mentioned in my previous post. I suggest this monitor to anyone who wants the best Bang for the Buck. I mean a 19" LCD monitor with great color for this price. . . It's just great. I still have my stuck green pixel, but I hardely notice it. I am even considering getting a second to run a dual monitor setup.

5 out of 5 eggsI take it all back!!!

Pros: Like I said in my first review, this is my 1st LCD. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and I don't notice any of those problems. I contribute this to my eyes adjusting from CRT to LCD. As I watch this screen now the color isn't getting distorted, I just needed to angle the monitor up. I can't even tell ghosting now. This is a great monitor, the other reviews are right! If it's your first LCD then just know it will take some time to adjust but it's worth it in the end!!!

Cons: Very Very Bright, not really a con b/c that's what you want in an LCD. I have my brightness as 20 and the contrast at 60. Works great!

Other Thoughts: Good motion. Been playing NFS Most Wanted and don't get ghost images, just the blurring that the game puts in for effect. BF2 and AA are great. Clear, bright, huge display. Running DVI with it. Sorry for the bad advice. I am in love with this monitor now. I have ran some of the games with my CRT and LCD next to each other with the screen cloned. I honestly don't see a difference in response time or color. This monitor is just as good as my CRT NEC E700 if not better!

3 out of 5 eggsDisappointed

Pros: This is my first LCD. The reviews were great. It is very bright. I have one stuck green pixel and one dead one. but you can't really notice them. That was my biggest worry before buying it. It's big and I like the look and feel of it.

Cons: There is a LOT of backlighting. It is mainly in the corners, but it makes the color there not as vivid. I think it's too bright. I can't get a true black color b/c of the backlighting and the brightness. There is also ghosting. I play BF2, AA, UT2004 and during the game I notice bluring. Same when I watch movies. The OSD doesn't have very many adjustments. It seems like you have to bring the brightness down to 20 b/f you see a change and 10 on the contrast.

Other Thoughts: I would not buy this again. This might just be how LCD's are, b/c I'm used to CRT's. But the backlighting, bluring, and distorted color really disappoint me. I've be researching for 6 monthes on a monitor and thought this would be great. But for the same price I've seen LCD's that don't have any of these problems. I even read the "don't say you weren't warned" review, lol.

Pros: Huge. Bright. No dead pixels. DVI

Cons: No DVI cable.
No adjustable stand.

Other Thoughts: Worth every penny. Buy two.
