Hi Donald,  If you use a touch screen, can U recommend a sensible touch screen.  I like anyone, do not want to break the bank for something very expensive, but a decent operating monitor.  Size either 21" or 23". Thank you.

Does this have an HDMI port?

I chose the 21.5" because I am using them in dual screen mode.
They take up less room on my desk and gives excellent readability.

Does this monitor have a both VGA & DVI connections?

Yes it has both! It's a great monitor. I've had issues playing sound from my ps3 when I played video games. It should be fine if you're doing a PC instead of console

Are the speakers decent or will i need new speakers?

The speakers have zero bass and are only decent for Skype or light listening like talk shows. If you listen to music or game alot these will not do the job.
