1 out of 5 eggsReconsider for >23" Monitors

Pros: Nice unit if you have light weight monitors that are 23" or less.

Cons: If you are using monitors larger than 23" this mount is not what you want. It says upto 27". At 27" with ACER 278 series monitors, the outer two monitors sag and there's nothing you can do about it. Also the unit will not articulate with 3 x 27" monitors mounted. Straight mount only with 27" plus the lovely sag. Newegg allowed me to return for refund so I again am thankful to newegg for making doing business easy.

Buying 3 individual mounts instead.

1 out of 5 eggsNot good for 27

Pros: It's black.

Cons: Where to begin... The cable management didn't support the cables. 27 in monitors will fit, but they have to be completely straight across in landscape. In that config, it causes the outside monitors to droop and hang about an inch lower than the center. For some that might not be a problem, but my rig specifically does triple monitor spanning for gaming so that makes it useless for me.

It's really difficult to get the monitors where you want them because you have to really crank down on the bolts to keep stuff from moving. That makes it really difficult to get all the monitors adjusted to each other, because you touch one and the other two go flying off into left field.

Because 27 is the limit for this, you can't wrap the monitors in the slightest, so they have to be straight across. Again, for many people this may not be an issue, but for me, doing spanning with gaming, it's just not an option.

Other Thoughts: Don't waste your time and money on this if you're a gamer. I probably won't be able to return it, so that's 150 wasted bucks for a bunch of scrap metal that will just get in my way. Instead, I'm going to get three single mounts and independently mount them each so I can adjust them however I want. I should have done that in the first place instead of getting burned by SIIG.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mount

Pros: Holds my 3 older 23 inch Acer monitors perfectly. Was reading other reviews and everyone was complaining about how the outside monitors were an inch lower than the center. I don't have that problem. All monitors are exactly the same height! Probably they have the VESA mount up-side-down. The outside monitors appear to sag a bit but that is because I have them angled inward and lined up with the center monitor. The center monitor is tilted slightly downward thus making the outside monitors appear to sag. Actually they are not sagging... Solid construction and great finish. Plenty of hardware to attach any monitor. Just need to tighten all the pivot points as with anything they are not tightened from the factory. Do you honestly believe they would custom make this stand for the monitor you choose? I don't think so... Anyway, great mount if you take your time to assemble it right!

Cons: Can't think of any

Other Thoughts: None

2 out of 5 eggsNot for use with 3x 27" monitors

Pros: Solid construction. Good finish. Excellent support from Newegg.

Cons: I have three 27" monitors - one acer T272HL and two ViewSonic VX2703mh monitors that I want to run side-by-side in Landscape mode. First off, there isn't any chance that it will handle three 27" monitors without *serious* overlap of the monitors. I was able to rotate the center monitor to Portrait, but that's not the way I want to run this setup.

Other Thoughts: Another reviewer stated that Newegg would not accept a return on this item. My experience was different. Customer Service was exceptionally helpful and issued an RMA without any hesitation once I explained the issue to them.

SIIG needs to fix this mount to support their claim of 27" monitors, or stop marketing it as a such. The physics just doesn't support their claim.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: i had got this mount at another retailer and it was designed for <21" monitors (i have 3x23") and it was a quick cut and weld to change it to this size. ive read a bunch of reviews and although there is a definite drop on the outer monitors, i think they are being nit-picky at best, on mine it is no more than 3/4" and i can position each of my monitors in every direction and rotation imaginable (the VESA mount is dead center, weight-wise, on my monitors), even pointing the left monitor towards the bed in portrait orientation so i can watch shows laying down on my side. They include an allen wrench to adjust the stiffness of the joints and you WILL need to tighten them, if you dont, the monitors will point downward and move on their own. if your main purpose is just more room for programs and multi-tasking, this mount should be perfect, although i would not recommend it for Nvidia Surround or ATI Eyefinity gaming, unless of you dont care taking a trip to home depot to make an offset mount ($5 and 20 min).

Cons: there is a small sag on the outer monitors, but with a drill and a small steel plate, its really easy to offset the outer monitors to fix this.
just measure the gap in the monitors, mark where the VESA bracket would sit normally, then mark again with the offset to cover the gap, drill all 8 holes, mount the bracket to the monitor, then the whole assembly to the mount.

Other Thoughts: did not buy on Newegg, other retailer, different branding, same exact mount (just shorter arms)

2 out of 5 eggsMonitors Not Level

Pros: The quality of workmanship is high. The welds are very strong and my unit is without defect. Very inexpensive compared to competing triple monitor stands. Decent cable management.

Cons: Outside monitors have definite drop. My 24in side monitors are .5in lower than the center monitor which is exceedingly annoying. The issue gets worse the further the arms extend, so 27in monitors would have a larger drop. The arms can handle 27in monitors, but would have limited adjust-ability. 24in monitors fit properly. Occasionally the bolt in the tilt mechanism is insufficient to hold the monitors when moving to a different position.

Other Thoughts: Works best on desks of 30in depth or greater. Distance from back of mount to front of center monitor is 11in and cannot be adjusted (may be slightly less for slightly thinner monitors). My 24in monitors at the top setting are 9in off the desk

1 out of 5 eggs100% Junk

Pros: The cost was substantially less than any other three screen stand

Cons: My monitors on the side are an inch lower than the center monitor

Other Thoughts: they might work better on a smaller screen but on my 24" the side screens sag and it looks bad..

1 out of 5 eggsAbsolute Nightmare and a waste of time and money.

Pros: The paint has a nice finish.

Cons: From the non-cut screws that I had to dremel to allow me to screw the monitors to vesa to the absolute fail in engineering, this contraption should have never made it out of fabrication. I'm not sure what math or if any was used but this device cannot support even the lightest monitors without having a severe gap from the middle monitor. There is about 1 1/2 inch difference in height between the two side monitors and the middle monitor, This is an annoying a waste of money, I can only go through the vendor for returns. The bad part is, I read the reviews before I bought and I was thinking, the other people might have been flukes. I have confirmed that there was no fluke and the product is a nightmare of engineering. Beware.

2 out of 5 eggsDoes not support 3x 27" monitors

Pros: The unit is sturdy and if you know what you are doing it will hold just about any monitor steady. You may have to remove the plastic caps at the pivot point and tighten the bolts / add star washer to tighten.

Cons: Does NOT support three 27" monitors in landscape. Portrait MAYBE, but definitely not landscape. You might be able to fit 3x 21" monitors but it could be close.

Other Thoughts: Didn't buy this from newegg but from that online bookseller place since they have it for $50 with free shipping. It goes by a different name there though, "Mount-It!" I believe.
