Great mouse without having to pay an arm or leg.
- Pros: Let me just say that I got this mouse during Xoxide's closing sale for a very low price and after seeing Newegg's price, I would say it's totally worth that.
This mouse is pretty versatile and is a HUGE upgrade over a generic mouse I had. At first I was having some issues but after actually playing some games with it, I'm used to it.
The software is pretty strong and doesn't need to be installed as program files because it loads from the mouse's onboard memory. It's a bit vague, but you'll be able to understand what it's talking about after a few seconds of thinking about it(mainly talking about programming the buttons).
The mouse goes all the way up to 3200 DPI and and you have the ability to customize each DPI stepping. You can have 4 modes of DPI on the fly. The profile button is on the bottom. This thing glides very nicely.
The mouse is pretty big, and if you're a palm player, you'll feel right at home. Your index and pinky rest comfortable on the right side of the mous
- Cons: It was a little quirky when I first got it, but it pretty much has stopped acting up altogether. When I first tried to play BF2 with it, it just quit working and when I plugged it back out and in, it hasn't acted up since several shutdowns/power ups to my system.
- Other Thoughts: The weights on any mice have always seemed like a gimmick, but for the price you pay for this mouse it's not such a bad addition. I personally don't use them however you get 5 little weights so you can tailor it to your needs which I thought was okay. Nothing worth deducting an egg for if it's just a matter of personal preference, and personally not worth a con.
I would like to try the OCZ Eclipse after using this mouse. I'm very comfortable using OCZ's products and would love to give a shot out to the employees that check the reviews here. As a proud 3 year user of their DDR2 Gold + Platinum memory, I'd like to say that they make great and affordable products with top notch customer service.
Great mouse
- Pros: Fits my hand perfectly and has sensitivity adjustment on the mouse so it makes it easy to switch from gaming to browsing the internet. LED lights look super sweet and can be chaned to green red and yellow and off if you like but i keep it on the green.
- Cons: left side of the mouse doesnt light up but w/e I could really care less about lights and more about the way the mouse feels
- Other Thoughts: building my first computer and i had no idea how much cables i had to deal with. FML

Cord is bad for laptops
- Pros: Good macro creation software
The DPI levels are extremely useful
Sometimes I drop it and the buttons pop out, but they pop in again quite easily with no permanent damage.
- Cons: Used with my laptop and the cord gets ruined quickly (the reason it got 4 instead of 5). I recommend desktop use only.
The profile change button on the bottom get pressed on its own sometimes so the clicking stops working until you change it back, freaked my out the first few times it happened.
As others have mentioned, it sometimes disconnects from your computer and you have to unplug/replug it in.
- Other Thoughts: Doesn't work on carpet/ uneven surfaces, but i think that's just because its a laser mouse. Not that important.
Overall - worth $25, only recommend buying it if you have a desktop. Good for really big hands.
"Behemoth" a befitting name
- Pros: Great DPI, smooth feeling and plenty of weight.
- Cons: It randomly darts around the screen, which can be extremely annoying when playing a FPS. I also notice that every time my computer goes to sleep the mouse stops working and I must unplug it and plug it back in. This could be due to my motherboard, but not really sure. It is also HUGE! It definately takes a while to get used to as it supports all five fingers, but it's not really a con after you get used to it, or if you have big hands.
- Other Thoughts: Not a bad mouse for the price, I wouldn't exactly recommend it, but I wouldn't discourage it, just kind of neutral.

Good but bad at the same time
- Pros: Great mouse, if you're not used to larger mice you need to take a few days to give this one a shot, the 4, yes 4, sensitivity levels are all great, depending on what you're doing, and the customization software makes it all the better, Very easy to use. (See cons)
- Cons: It worked amazingly for about a week, and then wouldn't work after a reboot unless I unplugged and plugged it back in, didn't bother me much because the back of my computer is accessible. But it started doing it more frequently, and then one day it just wouldn't turn on. I am Still awaiting the RMA to cycle completely because UPS lost the package until 2 days before the RMA voided, so I'm hoping the rest goes smoothly.
- Other Thoughts: Really good for gaming, 5 customizable macro buttons, and I believe 5 different mouse profiles, all available to have different macros set.
