1 out of 5 eggsI bought this a few years ago

Pros: It has buttons and it moves.
It has a trigger.
It's cheap.

Cons: No Z rotation, not very comfortable, the buttons aren't strategically places, the throttle is awkward and poorly placed, and it's quite honestly an embarrassing product from Logitech, coming from someone who owns a G600 mouse, a G19 keyboard, and a G930 headset. You can't properly fly with this thing without the Z rotation, and the buttons are out of immediate reach.

Playing Mechwarrior 3 and 4, I got my rear end handed to me. Playing ANY flight sim, I crashed and burned. Literally.

This thing fails to do what it was designed for: to control. Unless you have $20 to waste, don't get it. I ended up giving mine away.

Other Thoughts: I bought this thing as a replacement for my Microsoft Sidewinder 2. That joystick no longer worked on 64-bit architecture, so I wanted to replace it. This is NOT the joystick to do so.

4 out of 5 eggsGood for the price

Pros: Doesn't cost too much, has good button layout.

Cons: Doesn't have the Z rotation on the stick

Other Thoughts: If you are running with rudder peddles then this is a great buy. other then that I would go with the 3D Pro

2 out of 5 eggsGot tired of it messing up.

Pros: Lasted for quite a while

Cons: The sensors went after about 3-4 months

Other Thoughts: I smashed it to pieces, in a complete rage of annoyance because I couldn't fly because of it

2 out of 5 eggsPffft

Pros: It does what it is supposed to do.

Cons: But nothing more. You literally can't hit all the buttons without switching hands, the throttle is not in a good place. Precision movements are impossible.

Other Thoughts: All in all, I stuck with my Sidewinder 2.

5 out of 5 eggsPerforms as it looks!

Pros: I just got this a few days ago, it is well centered and fast responsive. It is a great, cheap, and sturdy! 11 buttons is controllable to so many stuff in your games! It works in alot of games, but alot of other games doesn't support joysticks. Just download xpadder or something like that. I could even play Happy Wheels with it! The throttle stays solid and it works fast.

Cons: It has no roll (twist). But I never use my roll so it is fine with me.

Other Thoughts: Nothing really, all you really want.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome

Pros: Works with most games
Works with Windows 7 x64 ultimate no problems.
No Drivers Needed.
Plug N Play
11 Programmable Buttons

Cons: No Suctions Cups To Hold It To Your Desktop.

Other Thoughts: Bought mine For $15.99 C Boxing Day Special, But I still would have purchased for the non-sale price.
Works Really Well With BF2 And Flight Sims.

3 out of 5 eggsI guess you get what you pay for

Pros: Cheap, nice looking, comfortable.

Cons: The biggest problem is that just over a month after getting it, the joystick has already developed some looseness and excessive free play. This, in and of itself, is not THAT big of a deal, but the joystick has also developed a wandering problem. If you leave it centered, it will sometimes generate random inputs, making precision movements nearly impossible. Since there is no way to calibrate the joystick, there is no way to "dial" out or compensate for this behavior.

Additionally, the motion has a bit of stick to it, again making precision motion nearly impossible. Despite the fact that the joystick has loosened up considerably since I got it, it still exhibits this stiction on initial motion.

Ironically, the spring tension of the stick is still excessive, making it extremely fatiguing to use, especially since there is a HUGE range of motion from lock-to-lock.

Other Thoughts: What a waste of $30. My 20 year old Microsoft Sidewinder is a better joystick; too bad there are no drivers to make it work with Win7.
