4 out of 5 eggsGood for the money

Pros: Low Price, Great Sound, Great Mic Pickup (sometimes too good according to my squad). Worked really well for the 2 years I owned it before it went out on me.

Cons: The microphone only swings one way preventing it from being on my right side.

Other Thoughts: 2 years for a low cost headset being used quite a bit for gaming. Not bad.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat for the price

Pros: Worth what was payed, the sound is pretty good and in game on Team Fortress 2 they say the mic is much better than my old desk mic.

Cons: The only con is that when I plug it into the back of my computer it cuts out the sound from my speakers, sometimes I want both going. Sure there is a way around this just gotta figure it out. Also some people say the sound died on them after a while... will see how that plays out. Ohhhh one more con I almost forgot to point out, in my Realtek Audio manager I can't adjust anything on this like I can a regular audio input not sure how to get around that.

Other Thoughts: I ordered this headset and some $20 Logitech 2.1 speakers at the same time and this headset cranks out more bass reproduction than the small sub can bass?! something is wrong. I expected those 2.1 speakers to be similar to a older set I have but it wasn't even close. The reviews were very misinforming on that product.

Overall for the headset I would have preferred 2 seperate audio inputs, one for mic and one for sound so I could adjust in Realtek audio manager. However this was still a great buy. If you're looking for a decent headset and don't want to pay a high price go for this.

If you're looking for a 2.1 speaker system with a sub pay more than $20 lolo.

5 out of 5 eggsComfortable and good packaging

Pros: The best thing is the packaging. It doesn't come in those hard plastic containers that you have to knife open and destroy, with the possibility of cutting your hands. It's packaged in a simple plastic baggie. No muss - no fuss.

Comfortable.

For the price, it's a decent gaming headset.
Other audio - songs, etc. have good quality.

Good bang for the buck.

Cons: None so far.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat little headset!

Pros: Price. You're getting basically an OEM version of this headset. A plain white box with grayscale graphics rather than the usual Logitech blister pack. Headset and fold-out instruction sheet is all that is contained on the inside.

Good Audio. Sound is crystal clear and bright. Music sounds pretty good.

Decent Mic. Voice level seems to be picked up easily. Not sure what I sound like to the listener on the other end, tho'.

Comfort seems to be okay but not sure yet about long-term use.

Vista had no problems detecting and operating this headset.

Cons: None at this time.

Other Thoughts: For $25 you can't go wrong with this headset.

4 out of 5 eggsHeadphones great, mic is a bit flat

Pros: Headphones work great. Fantastic range and sound quality. USB connection is handy, esp. for use with Apple products which only have line-level inputs (ie: no mic input).

Cons: Microphone is just OK. Range seems a little flat and input level needs to be bumped up significantly to get a decent recording volume.

Other Thoughts: Great product for the price. Mic is useful for basic stuff (Skype, iChat, etc.), but not the best for recordings and such.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat value

Pros: Simple and light, worked great from the start with no driver issues, mute and volume buttons are easy to find and microphone works well.

Cons: Cord could be a longer - maybe by 2 feet.

Other Thoughts: This is a great value and makes for a very good gaming headset. Volume and clarity are just good, but then being this small and light has to come with some compromises.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat buy

Pros: Lightweight, great sound, and mic is very clear. Doesn't squeeze your head horribly like headsets I have used in the past. I really like the long cable, since I plug my headsets into the back of my computer. The button partway up the cord has a little clip on it, so you can clip it to your shirt so that it doesn't snag on your chair.

Cons: It looks and feels somewhat fragile, if I stepped on it it would probably break. Be careful where you put it.

Other Thoughts: Excellent buy, worth far more than $20. Newegg is the best!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat deal

Pros: Great sound quality, well made, and comfortable. I've bought a few pairs of Logitech headphones and they've always impressed me.

Cons: The usb cable is quite long but I'd rather have it be too long then too short. Make sure you turn on bass boost and virtual surround in vista/windows 7 sound options to get full sound out of these.

Other Thoughts: Probably the cheapest usb headphones you can find, but worth much more.

4 out of 5 eggsA great buy

Pros: I don't know who said the sound quality and mic quality are bad must have gotten a bad headset or have a bad usb port. These are amazing, although you do have to turn the mic volume down, I can hear people perfectly on skype, and when I record stuff, it sounds better then any mics ive heard. Great bass responce and sounds much better then my laptops speakers. volume controls are nice.

Cons: the cord is a little too long, even if you plugged it in the back of your desktop, it's managable if you tie up the extra with a ziptie. The volume controls are a little inconvineant, they have a clip to attach to your shirt or something, but having an extra 3 ft of wires hanging off you is uncomfortible. If you just leave them hang, they're out of arms reach.

Other Thoughts: I have an Alienware M7700 and the sound quality is already amazing but the bass left something to be desired. This headset basically took the 4.1 sound from the laptop and improved upon it ten fold. It's kinda funny when you think about it, a $20 headset makes the speakers on a $3000 laptop look bad.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: Great for the money, fits nice and I think its one of the better looking cheap headsets. Also, USB is great for additional sound settings.

Cons: I think I have it set too sensitively, because it picks up breathing, so i've heard.

Other Thoughts: I got it because my other one i got for 12$ would only take sound through my motherboard, and not the mic. I gave the old one to a friend, and the mic works perfectly fine on it for him.

Between the price and the quality of it, i'm overlooking the breathing, since its probably my fault anyways. So, 5 stars.
