Pros: -Good quality (16:9, 1920x1080, MAX) -Extremely flexible and stable mounting -Decent software control -Usage indicator light Cons: -Not quite against the camera, but: when using with Skype, the aspect ration will jump between fullscreen and widescreen (I'm assuming based on connection). Because of it being a refurb, cost to value is high. Cons: Short USB Cable. Being a refurb it doesn't come with anything but the camera. If you don't have a USB extension cable you might want to get one. Even with the latest software downloaded from Logitech I still experienced a BSOD system crash. Only happened once while messing with the settings but it happened. Other Thoughts: After the BSOD crash when the machine came back I unplugged the camera and uninstalled all Logitech webcam software and drivers, then rebooted. After reboot, plugged the camera back in and let Windows detect it. Tried the Camera again and it still works great with Skype and the like. If you want some features missing without having the Logitech software do a search for a free program called Mycam by e2esoft. It's Freeware and Greenware. Cons: None that I can think of, It is really a sound product. It is refurbished, but you would never be able o tell by looking at it or using it. Other Thoughts: Over all I am very pleased. It fits my monitor perfectly, Looks great, the microphone sounds great and is the best webcam I have ever used. Seriously, this thing makes my lap top's webcam look ancient. I use this regularly for Video calls on Skype and the mic has great clarity even with some ambient noise. Bought refurbished to save and I have nothing to complain about thus far. Also, the attachment grabs onto my monitor perfectly even though the back is a little thicker than some newer and slimmer LCD screens. Cons: Nothing so far.
