Pros: This is a nice webcam and functions very well. The webcam itself is a 5 egg, but I gave a 3 overall due to the following:

Cons: This shouldn't be listed as a "Pack". If you google "LifeCam VX-3000 Pack" it shows that it comes with two webcams..."One for you and one for for a friend". This only comes with ONE webcam, however and is the same price as the regular retail version.

Other Thoughts: The listing for this item is misleading. Don't advertise something as a "Pack" when there is only ONE.

Tech Level: somewhat high - Ownership: 1 month to 1 year

Pros: This definitely doesn't suck. The resolution is wonderful and I found the associated software to be exceptionally helpful. It's durable and the features are nice.

Cons: Not much. It could be higher quality. You're still limited by your internet connection, as well.

Other Thoughts: Worth the price.
