Is this headset Skype Certified?

Yes... but more importantly it is Lync Certified. Which is MS enterprise IM/Voip/etc platform. MS pretty much replaced window live msg with a version of Lync and called it Skype :)

Can this unit be used with Windows 10? Does it require special setup?

I have used with both Win10 and Win7 without issue. No setup required. They are a great pair of headphones. I use them for both business and personal use everyday.

I plan to purchase 20 of these for our call center, and need to pick up a box of replacement ear-foams. Where can i get them?

Email the manufacturer and see if they offer replacements.

is this compatible with a Macbook 5.1 with 2 GB Memory ?

As long as you have a USB port and the OS recognizes them you should have no issue.
