2 out of 5 eggsHands down, the most unconfortable headset I've ever used.

Pros: People on the other end can hear me. I can hear them too.

Cons: This is the single most uncomfortable thing I have ever put on my head. I cannot wear it for more than 20 minutes before the pinching really starts to get to me. (And if that wasn't bad enough, the sharp plastic bits dig into your skull too. Fun.)

Other Thoughts: For $50, I expected way better.

1 out of 5 eggsTerrible

Pros: Mic & Ear Piece are exceptional, the sound transmits on both ends very clearly. Beautiful design.

Cons: I'm the General Manager for a Call Center. I ordered 15 for our PBX switchboard. so far 11 of them have broken from the band. They aren't even a Year old and they all broke from the same place.

Other Thoughts: keep looking.

5 out of 5 eggsGood quality, good value, comfortable

Pros: Good sound quality. Comfortable. Works in Windows7 with no setup. Good for web meetings.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: Far better than the cheap "life chat" models, which are big and clunky.

4 out of 5 eggsExcellent Product!

Pros: This headset has an excellent speaker and microphone, allowing you to send and receive crisp and clear audio.

The noise cancellation feature works wonderfully, blocking a majority of outside noises without compromising the sound coming from the person speaking into the mic.

Best of all, the headset is incredibly comfortable. Even after hours of Skype calls and Ventrilo chat/raid sessions it never felt uncomfortable.

The unit also feels solid, with the adjustable band staying firmly in place, the adjustable mic staying firmly in place after being moved, and the plastic band giving just the right amount of flex for comfort but not enough for it to feel flimsy and cheap. Regarding its long-term reliability, I've had this headset for a year and a few months as of this writing, have used it heavily on multiple systems, and it still feels and functions like new.

Also, since it's USB, it works right out of the box on just about anything you plug it into. In my experience, this headset "just works" out of the box on Windows, OS X, and Linux (your mileage may vary on the last one, depending on how your distro of choice is configured).

Cons: It would be nice if the inline controls used an alligator clip rather than a slide clip. I've been on a few calls where I wound up talking to dead air because the inline controller slipped and ended up getting pushed just right so that the (somewhat sensitive) mute button was pressed.

It's a fairly minor annoyance and, in most cases, it's fairly easy to adapt to it in some way.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat

Pros: These are great for those looking for a one-ear headset (some of us need to listen to kids and pets). Very high quality and very comfortable. Great sound both ways.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: A little expensive but you get what you pay for

5 out of 5 eggsUSB Headset

Pros: Works great when using with Skype, Lync, IP Communicator, Go2Meeting, Steam, or any other related software. People on the other end can hear me without an issue.

I have a big head. It's nice to have both sides extend/adjust to provide a more comfortable fit.

Mic boom and be positioned to work on either the left or right side.

Cons: None for me.

1 out of 5 eggsBought 2, both broke

Pros: Gives very good sound, and my voice comes out clear to others.

Cons: I bought one for me and my wife and both broke within the first year. The Mic and Speaker still work however the band snapped in half on both of ours, and then the half we had left also snapped. For both of these to do this it must me the band is EXTREMELY low quality. Only buy this if you don't mind having to tape it back together, over and over.

Other Thoughts: I wouldn't suggest buying this, keep looking.

5 out of 5 eggsFeels Great!

Pros: Feels Amazing on your head! I forgot I even had the thing on!
My friends say I now sound like a Human
I can still hear the audio of my games perfectly fine

Cons: Really arent any right now

Other Thoughts: If it worked with the Xbox or if there was a Xbox version of this head set. I would buy it.
