5 out of 5 eggsExcellent value over-ear headphones

Pros: Price, low-key looks, size of ear cups, weight, padding, minimal ear fatigue, over-all sound. Great low end, and detail for the money.

For the money, I really feel these are very hard to beat for the sonic performance for a closed back, over ear set of headphones. They are not the ultra high end clarity, but they are not far off. Price wise, they are safe to leave at the office everyday.

Cons: Small wire, plastic feels a little cheapish, and the left ear padding has worn down a little after daily use at the office 5 days a week for a couple years.

Other Thoughts: For a value set of over ear's to have at the office, these are a great choice. If you want ultra performance for focused listening, these models lack just a pinch but are still great for all but the most discerning of trained ears. Trouncing anything sold by "BEATS". Would highly suggest for anyone looking for a great set under $75.

5 out of 5 eggsExactly what I paid for.

Pros: Great sound, great look, and comfortable. I'm no audiophile so I can't speak on that end of the spectrum but I do really enjoy these after over half a year of ownership they work just as they did out of the box fine and appear to have a good life ahead of them.

Cons: Initially a bit uncomfortable on my ears with glasses, but that went away overtime. At first I was worried about it but now they rest very well.

4 out of 5 eggsPerfect $50 Headphones

Pros: -Clear and crisp mids and highs
-Bass response is punchy and not overwhelming
-Build quality is quite good for the price point, On my 3rd year of owning this headphones and using them daily they've held up fantastic.

Cons: The cable is kinda thin, making it seem like it could tear easily, although mine is still perfectly normal. No tears or tangles.

Other Thoughts: For $50 I don't think I could recommend a pair of headphones more. I'm no audiophile but I do know a good pair of headphones when I see them. For the price these Sennheisers deliver great sound, suitable for movies, music, podcasts and more while being comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time as well as being tough enough to have lasted me 3 years thus far.

4 out of 5 eggsNice headphones

Pros: These phones definitely work great for what I bought them for - cubicle sound!

Cons: They're lacking some punch on bass, but there's no reason to rock dubstep at full volume & range in a cubie environment. :-)

2 out of 5 eggsNot as advertised

Pros: I don't know - can't use them because the cord is too short.

Cons: Completely false on the cord length. Specifications specifically state "9.84 feet Cord Length," but what you get is less than 4 feet.

3 out of 5 eggsBeware the cord

Pros: These headphones sound great for the price. They are very comfortable, i wear them around 15 hours a day during the summer. The noise cancellation is adequate.

Cons: The cord, oh dear the cord. Ive been using these since 2011 and now the cord has become a monstrosity. Its twisted so much that the inner wiring is showing. Ive ordered a set of wireless headphones so i wont have to deal with this. The cord has gone from the original length to about a 1/4th of its length.

4 out of 5 eggsWorth

Pros: They're not only circumaural, there are the proper joints in the headphones that ensure they will sit over your ears properly. And they look pretty cool. I wear glasses and these headphones don't hurt my ears or cause me glasses related pain after multi-hour sessions with the headphones on.

I'm not a picky audiophile but these do have a much better quality of sound than run of the mill headphones for a similar price. These are the second set of sennheisers I've bought and both have been very high quality. Bass is noticeably good. I believe they've gotten better the longer I've had them.

They block sound quite well.

Cons: The cord is advertised as 10ft, and the cord I got is about a meter long. so I'm a bit disappointed there. The cord is also rather flimsy compared to the rest of the device. It will probably be the first to break. Thats where the egg went.

Other Thoughts: The short cord is the most disturbing thing about it. They're advertised at 10ft. still an excellent product.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Headphones

Pros: Great sound quality, cancels quite a bit of sound but after almost a year they don't as much, they look good, I can wear them for hours on end (10 hour plane flight) and not have the slightest discomfort.

Cons: Only I have to say is the cord being too small you have to be very careful with these. They are probably not meant for a high school student wearing them to school everyday. . About 8 months after owning these the cord is damaged and now I have to keep the cord at a specific angle for the right ear piece to have sound. but if you aren't wearing these out and about everyday then you should be fine.

Other Thoughts: Like I said the cord is very thin and wish it was replaceable and very sad to see these go since they were a gift and I adored these headphones so just keep in mind to take care of them, the rest is sturdy except for the end of the wire by the jack, if you plan to purchase these then be sure to take extra care if you plan to wear them every where you go
