Does this mouse allow buttons on it to activate the G1-5 keys on the Aivia Osmium keyboard. Other words if I have macros saved to the G keys which are very difficult to reach while gaming because of their locations so high up on the keyboard, can I program the mouse key software to those keys so 1 click activates the macro? There seems to be no reassignment of keys in the software of the keyboard to other keys such as G-1 keyed to Q key etc. That feature would have saved a lot of headaches but it does not seem to exist.

You're looking for something like Roccat Talk. They have an "Easy Shift" feature that allows for macros between mouse + keyboard. It requires you to have both Roccat Keyboard and Mouse, but that's exactly what you're looking for. I'm fairly certain they're the only peripheral's that feature something like that. I have a Ryos MK Pro Mechanical Keyboard and it's great, I highly recommend it. I don't like any of Roccat's mice, but they may fit your needs.

Which gaming mouse do you guys prefer? GIGABYTE GM-KRYPTON or PERIXX MX-3000B?

I haven't used the Perixx MX-3000B but it seems to offer comparable features to this Gigabyte Krypton. The Krypton has been flawless for me. I really like the swappable bottom plate and weights. The mouse is sensitive, easy to use, and feels great. This is easily the best mouse I've ever used.
