5 out of 5 eggs4 Years of great quality

Pros: The buttons on the left side, are simply amazing, for gaming. The Scroll wheel rubbery feeling is great.
The blue glow is soothing.
The program-ability of the driver's software is good.

Cons: The only thing i can think of is, cleaning the mouse is a bit tedious, its gets in all the nook and crannies, and the wheel gets really messy.

5 out of 5 eggsLoved it

Pros: Great feel, Response, Perfect. I have owned it now for 4 1/2 years, its finally dying unfortunately, double clicking constantly, but I would definitely buy it again. Still a pro comment if you ask me. Stuff nowadays never lasts more than a year, specially with constant use.

Razer makes amazing products, FIN.

Cons: Nada

5 out of 5 eggsFirst and Only Gaming Mouse I Have Used

Pros: -Feels great to rest your hand on.
-No Problems and have owned since December 12, 2009. (knock on wood). Also, I am writing this review on June 5, 2013 (roughly 3.5 years of use).
-Nice lighting that isn't too out there, but still looks nice. If you don't like the lighting you do have the option to turn it off through the Razer Synapse software. You can turn either the logo and/or the scroll wheel lighting off.
-Nice customization through the Synapse 2.0 software.
-Feet glide nicely.

Cons: - The side of the mouse attract dust and needs to be cleaned fairly often. The top doesn't experience this issue because it has a matte finish, while the side had a glossy finish. This is not too terribly bad of an issue, just something I don't like.
- Wish you could change the colors, but I like blue. This is a general problem across nearly every Razer product though. I might want a red, green, or some other color mouse sometime without buying another product Razer!

Other Thoughts: I have paired this with a Razer Manticore mouse pad (as of a mouth ago) and a Razer BlackWidow Ultimate 2012 (As of Christmas 2012). Overall, this setup is very nice. I like the blue lights and the supreme gaming from Razer. I recommend all of these products to any serious gamer.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Mouse

Pros: Large enough for my big hands.
Looks nice on my desk.
It just works...

Cons: It shows dirt/skin oils quickly... but it's nothing a toothbrush and some alcohol can't fix.

Other Thoughts: I purchased this mouse a few months ago to replace an old iHome mouse that was annoying me and causing my hand to cramp up. This mouse has been wonderful. Even though I wanted the 2013 Edition, I purchased the older model instead. It doesn't have an excessive amount of buttons on the side like the Naga, and is perfect for games like Team Fortress 2. The sensor is very smooth and accurate. The mouse I had before was jittery on every surface I tried it on, but this Deathadder is perfect.

If you need a mouse and don't want to pay $80... buy this one.

5 out of 5 eggsWell worth the money!

Pros: This mouse is great for any gamer! With 5 programmable buttons, you can hot-key them and have that little edge over your opponent to conquer them. In Feb. 2013 it will be my 4th year with this mouse, and still handles the same as when I pulled it out of the box!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Great buy! The blue LED's make it epic!

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent Mouse

Pros: This mouse is amazing. I've had it since June of 07 and still rocks to this day!(even after COUNTLESS hours on FPS) Paired with my Razer Goliathus XL pad, it works exceptional. Love the feel of the material up top, the easy move mouse wheel, the side buttons, everything is great. I've gotten a couple of my friends hooked on these mice because of how smooth they are, and how accurate they are as well.

Cons: I've had 1 issue with my mouse in the 2 and a half years I've owned it. The mouse wheel squeaked for a period of about a month. That's it, I saw someone mention that it got hot...mine has never heated up, never clicked when it wasn't supposed to. Never done anything it shouldn't have done.

Other Thoughts: I just hope it's still around for when this one may (or may not) break. I plan on buying another if this one does.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Impulse Buy

Pros: This has got to be the most comfortable mouse I have ever used. I have fairly large hands and the mouse's ergonomic shape fits my hand perfectly, not causing me any pain or cramps after hours and hours of constant use in a variety of situations. Also, the matte surface really makes the mouse feel soft in your hands.

It's pretty to look at. The matte black surface on top with shiny black plastic on the side is topped only by the mesmerizing blue light, or white if you're a Mac user, the mouse wheel and Razer logo give off (Don't worry, if you don't like the light you can disable it). This is the kind of mouse people look at and want it only for how nice it looks.

Along with being comfortable and easy on the eyes, the Deathadder handles extremely well. With a maximum1800dpi laser with 1000Hz ultra-polling, the mouse not only exceeded my expectation for responsiveness and sensitivity, but also by its ability to work that well on almost any surface. Guaranteed a headshot every

Cons: Sometimes the mouse can get dirty, especially under buttons 4&5, where I've noticed that dead skin cells tend to collect often, and though it isn't hard to clean, it is still annoying, and gross.

The mouse is a little light. As opposed to similar mice, the Deathadder does not have adjustable weights you can add or take away, which leaves it feeling too light at times.

The shiny black plastic used on the sides can get very slick after a little use and might require cleaning if you don't want your thumb slipping off.

Other Thoughts: I bought this mouse on impulse when I needed a new mouse after my G5 quit on me, and after over a year of use, I am still loving this mouse. I would definitely recommend not only the Deathadder, but also that you take a look at other Razer products as my experience with them has only been positive.
Fantastic mouse.

2 out of 5 eggsYeah, no.

Pros: Ergonomic. The mouse is comfortable; it fits my big hands pretty nicely. The side buttons are placed so that you can't really misclick them. It's also quite accurate. Moves smoothly and quickly on cloth pads. The mouse wheel operates smoothly and quietly.

Cons: Poorly constructed! There is a very bothersome issue that plagues TONS of these DeathAdders (and other Razer mice), where the mouse will register a double-click when you've only clicked once. It will also click sometimes when you are holding the mouse down. Obviously this is annoying in games. Just do a search on the internet; "Razer double click" on a search engine. There are guides to fix it yourself, but should you really have to open and WD40 a mouse that costs this much?

Also, those annoying blue lights stopped responding to the "Off" option in the Razer control panel. They are now permanently on. Awesome I guess, if you like your mouse pulsating blue light.

Other Thoughts: If this were a cheap to average quality mouse, I'd say "hey, I got 6 months out of it, time to buy a new one." However, this is marketed as a "professional grade" gaming mouse, and you pay that premium, but a cheap cheap cheap Logitech is still more reliable.

Hopefully their customer service is good about replacing it!

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: most comfortable mouse I have ever used.

Cons: The rubberized coating has worn off of most of both of the ones I have had. It starts with a little nic then its all down hill from there. pulsing light is annoying so I never use it

Other Thoughts: its made for "palm resters" not really as good for "claw grippers"
