3 out of 5 eggsGreat while it lasted

Pros: Perfect mouse for awhile. Comfortable, responsive, great in games and in casual computer use.

Cons: Decided to write this review to let people know that mine died after 2 years. Left mouse button became randomly unresponsive. I've never ever had a mouse die on me before. Still have some old ball mice and original laser mice that are going strong.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: The accuracy of the mouse is spot on.
The thumb buttons are easy to press.
The shape of the mouse allows it for use of many people with different size hands.

Cons: After extended usage over 2-3 months, the top plate of the device started to chafe leaving a weird 'WHAT THE HELL IS THAT' feeling on my right click button. I have tried to see if it was a cleansing that it needed but that's not the case. Regardless I still use the mouse because its awesome.

5 out of 5 eggs6 Month Review

Pros: Great mouse, I got this for 45.00 on sale. The corded wire is especially durable and i haven't had a single issue to date.

If your looking for a nice, sleek, black gaming mouse, get this one.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsKick-a** Mouse

Pros: Awesome mouse. Feels amazing in the hand. Tight precision. Scroller clicks just right.

Cons: Doesn't work well on non-flat surfaces. Tried to use it on the desk without a mousepad and that was a no-go, as the mouse has such high precision it registers the grooves in the wood of my cheapo staples desk and ends up bouncing around. Problem solved with a mousepad.

Other Thoughts: Great mouse for a great pirce. Beats Microsoft mice out of the ballpark and those were my old fave.

3 out of 5 eggsDied after 2 years

Pros: Comfortable (after getting used to it). Responsive, easy to use, accurate.

Cons: Died after 2 years. Left mouse click started acting up. I'd click & drag something but the button would randomly release the click even though I was still holding the button down. Never had a mouse die on me in over two decades working with computers, until this one that is. I'm not a hardcore gamer, maybe an hour total per week, so this is surprising.

Other Thoughts: Chose Razer for the reputation and positive reviews I've read online. Was great while it lasted, but don't feel like replacing it with another mouse that may only last two years. Decided to try out the Logitech G400s. Will see how that goes......

5 out of 5 eggsGreat for First Person Shooters

Pros: 1. 3500DPI (Very Precise)
2. Braided cord to preserve the wires
3. long cord
4. Scroll wheel doesn't 'wander' between clicks
5. Despite being a 'legacy' product you can still get updated drivers for the product
6. Fit and Finish are high quality
7. No flashy colors or LED's that light up
8. Adjustable settings to cater to your specific needs

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've owned the mouse for about 3 months now and it works flawlessly with BF4. I bought it for that reason when my other Razer finally started showing symptoms of wearing out after 4 years of service. If your playing First Person Shooters, you will not regret buying this mouse. Also it is no longer produced by Razer, you will find this under "Legacy" products on their website. However drivers are still available for Win7, Win8, etc.

1 out of 5 eggsNot worth the hassle

Pros: Was cheap

Cons: I had this for about 7 months, and the scroll wheel had to be pressed down with a significant amount of force to get the button to register, it would click, but not register. I had two DiamondBack's in the past where the scroll button had broken off. Razer replaced it the first time, and the second mouse that broke they wouldn't replace.

Now at 3 months later, the mouse button decided to break completely, just like my past two DiamondBacks. I am not impressed. I will never buy another Razer product.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Mouse I've Ever Owned

Pros: Great design, much sleeker than the original.

Nice rubber sides.

Great ergonomics. To put this in perspective I bought a Mionix Naos and a SteelSeries Sensei and ended up returning them both and getting this for cheaper and it ended up being better than either of them by a long shot.

Extremely easy to click the main buttons (may be a con for some but as a gamer this is fantastic).

Durable braided cable.

Cons: I have absolutely no cons to mention about this mouse. There is nothing at all wrong. Could be a bit lighter I guess and I could do without the Razer logo and the side buttons but that's obviously not happening.

Other Thoughts: I totally recommend this mouse. Best mouse I've ever owned and it's still working after more than 10 months of use.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat as always

Pros: Nothing to be said that hasnt already been said. Great mouse, 3rd I've owned (first two died through no fault of razers)

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Great mouse. Black edition looks great compared to the original 3.5g

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: This mouse has a long cord which was a must for me. I like it's simplicity. I am using it for battlefield 4 and it works like a charm. Although... my k/d ratio is still pretty bad :)

Cons: I don't really care for the synapse software. I like to just plug the mouse and go. I don't like having to wait for it to sync and boot up etc. That's the only reason I dinged an egg.
