5 out of 5 eggsGreat for BT enabled Laptops

Pros: Great mouse for laptops with Bluetooth built in. Plenty of buttons for most any use.

Got it cheaper on the River by 10 and free 2 day shipping.

Cons: Can sometimes lose connectivity when idle for to long. ie. when typing a lot.

Other Thoughts: Only reason I am writing this review here is the number of negative reviews from people like me who did not buy it from Newegg.

I bought 3 of these and have had no problems. They came from different batches so its not a fluke. Bought one then another 2 months later for my wife, then I bought a 3rd for my son 3 weeks ago.

If there is a problem with this mouse then more people would have piped up. But out of all the negative reviews only one is verified purchased here on Newegg. Honestly they should not allow reviews from those who have not purchased from here, like me.

5 out of 5 eggsUnderrated

Pros: This is a seriously underrated product. If I had read these reviews prior to buying this, it would have been a big mistake. I am glad I own it.

It's a nice size, wireless if you need to travel or hook your laptop up to the TV (of course, it's bluetooth and 2000dpi), or wired for work at your desk with a nice 4000dpi. It comes with a nice cord and a case. It has a nice scroll wheel.

The mouse is relatively accurate (enough for design work), and the bluetooth works great. It remembers settings for up to four computers, also nice and convenient.

Cons: I am not a fan of buttons on a mouse aside from the scroll wheel, but this one's buttons are set by default to adjust the dpi which is useful, and they aren't the kind you press by accident (they're also not in the best place to push, but they're not bad; you can press them accurately with the side of your finger, if you're a ninja like that).

The battery life is pretty good. It takes two AA's and lasts me a few months if I shut it off when I'm not using it.

Other Thoughts: Worth it, for sure.

2 out of 5 eggsLousy Quality

Pros: Small, slim good looking

Cons: Mouse left button sticks after just 3 months of use.
This almost never happens with any Logitech device I've had. Even the crapiest mouse last over something like million click & definitely over 1 year.

Its the worse mouse for gaming as most gamers know that clicking is one of the most common operations.
Mouse dedicated for gaming needs to stand the beating it gets from clicks from user.

5 out of 5 eggsLove this little guy

Pros: This mouse works well and it looks amazing. Its fast and reliable. Bluetooth is great so no need for any dongle to plug into ur machine.

Cons: Battery life isnt great but it is not bad. I think it does well but i wouldnt mind seeing it last longer.

Other Thoughts: I recommend some rechargables and just swap them out and have spare pair charged and ready to go and you eill love this mouse.

2 out of 5 eggs

Pros: very smooth and seems fast when out of sleep.

Cons: goes to sleep very quickl, like 3 sec, and there is a slight hesitation when it comes out of sleep.
I could not get the scroll wheel to work, so I am sending it back. Tech support is messed up. I fould 1 email I can send to, cannot respond to them. Several of their email links dont work. I searched, cannot find a Razer support forum....there must be one! Email response was quick, but instead of addressing the problem, they send instructions on how to exchange, a needless hastle. I know my problem is configuration, or lack of capability. (Incompetent Xmas help). Configuration only works wired. You have to plug in the mouse to configure, that is a pain. I have searched and searched for a solution.

Other Thoughts: Windows 7 64. Spent too much time on this. Im going back to Logitech before the paint chips off :/
PS: the mouse looks nice now, and feels smooth. Maybe a little small, and what are the 4 side buttons about. I cant use them without using my other hand.

2 out of 5 eggsgood and bad

Pros: Seems to work well as a wired mouse

Cons: the blue tooth is very laggy if it even connects or stays connected. So bad, i have discontinued trying to use it with bluetooth

Other Thoughts: tried the bluetooth on 5 different computers and it is unreliable to unusable

1 out of 5 eggsBeautiful mouse. Shoddy manufacturing quality

Pros: Painless to install and get working
Very comfortable, at first
Handy carrying case

Cons: I've owned this for three weeks and it's already falling apart.
Rather than being molded plastic, the entire tactile surface of the mouse is painted. The paint has already started to wrinkle, flake, and chip, through normal use. We're talking Microsoft Word. I don't even play video games.
The mouse has four "feet". These are not integral, and are glued to the mouse with an inferior glue. I've already had to re-apply them with super glue. Fingers crossed.

Other Thoughts: If you're planning to use a mouse for about two weeks, but not much more, this one could easily be the best on the market.

5 out of 5 eggsWell, sorta...

Pros: Very nice grip for my nice claw-style playing.

The plug in cord stays put, but can come out when it needs to.

Very nice mouse overall, I have a few words for the guy at the bottom.

Cons: Gloss is not my favorite texture, but it doesn't matter.

It won't buy me dinner.

The images shown on Newegg are too shiny, but this IS a product review so I won't take an egg.

Other Thoughts: Concerning the gentleman's review at the bottom section, the mouse' five buttons are pretty easily depicted. I don't know how you're looking at mice but the two finger buttons are also considered buttons. It has 2 thumb buttons, a mouse-wheel button (1), and of course, the standard left click + right click (2). That equals 5 my man.

5 out of 5 eggslove it

Pros: very fast response i play with 3000 dpi, the finish looks very sleek.

Cons: everytime i get back on my pc after it being off for a while i always have to set the dpi back to 3000 for some reason the synaps doesnt save my setting.

Other Thoughts: i use it in wired mode so it never goes to sleep, theres a new firmware update that fixes the lagg when the mouse wakes up from sleep for those who want this mouse but worry about that..

3 out of 5 eggsPlease post better pictures of 5 buttons

Pros: Don't own the mouse. See below.

I give permission to remove this review once it's been posted, since my 3/5 rating is meaningless.

Cons: Don't own the mouse.

Other Thoughts: Can't see where the 5 buttons are in the images provided. Please post better images.

I use the MS Notebook Mouse 5000, which is bluetooth, and works great. But I wish I had more buttons on it. The whole reason why I looked at your mouse was (a) bluetooth, and (b) 5 buttons.

Not being able to see those buttons in your too reflective, low contrast images of an all-black mouse with all-black buttons makes it hard for me to understand what you're selling. "5 buttons" in the tech specs isn't exactly what I'd call descriptive...
