Keep gaming till you fall over with the Razer Copperhead mouse. The Chaos Green Edition of this mouse scans at 2000 DPI, for fewer jerks and better aim. The 1000 Hz Ultrapolling and 1 ms response time allows the mouse to respond to your movements almost instantaneously and more accurately. Its 32 KB Onboard Memory saves your individual settings and configuration. Compared to the 8-bit and 12-bit data path that conventional mice use, the Razer Copperhead uses a 16-bit data path for unrestricted transfer of tracking from the mouse to the computer.

This mouse has over 7080 frames per second motion detection for immediate cursor response. The aways-on mode in this mouse never powers down, so you have that instant response all the time. The Razer features on-the-fly sensitivity switch between resolutions at the touch of a button. The GlowPipe non-slip side rails on this mouse provide a better grip on the surface, and the ultra large non-slip rubber coated mouse buttons ensure a better grip while scrolling. The Zero-Acoustic Ultraslick Teflon feet on this mouse give better traction for better action.

5 out of 5 eggsGood mouse

Pros: This is a great mouse, it takes some getting used to. And, as a left handed gamer, I really appreciate this as one of the few ambidextrous gaming mice. It is very comfortable to use, and everything comes together nicely.

Cons: The red light on the mouse is kind of annoying during the night.

Other Thoughts: Buy this mouse, for sure.

4 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse overall...

Pros: Excellent mouse. Very precise and has an array of options for customizing it to your preferences. The buttons on the left are also a plus and the any-hand design actually feels better to me than a standard right-hand mouse design.

Cons: Side buttons on the right are very hard to use unless you are left-handed (this is the only drawback to the any-hand design of the mouse).

Other Thoughts: This mouse is excellent if you are a very, very hardcore gamer. And by hardcore, I mean competitively. If you are an average user, or casual gamer, you won't notice much improvement over a standard mouse and you will never use the various DPI settings. You will basically set the DPI to be similar to a standard mouse and you'll just have a "pretty mouse" that works the same.

3 out of 5 eggsA bit overrated, but OK

Pros: Truly is very sensitive. On the fly sensitivity adjustment was very convenient when it worked.

Cons: Too light - tends to creep unless I'm focusing on holding perfectly still.
Side buttons are set too far towards the back, and are inconvenient to press without moving the mouse.
Right and left buttons very sensitive - difficult to rest your hand on it without accidentally clicking.
Permanently pulsating LED on top.

Other Thoughts: My thoughts on this mouse can be seen in the pros/cons section. In general, I find the mouse too light, the top buttons too sensitive, and the side buttons inconveniently placed. I thought this was going to be the cadillac of mice, but instead it's given me a lot of headaches when I accidentally click when I just have my hand resting on it, or when in an FPS the whole mouse ends up moving because I'm trying to click a side button. If it had more weight, I think that would go a long way. Also it's always glowing green. My pc is in my bedroom, and though I've made efforts to make it silent and unobtrusive, it still looks like I'm in sci-fi world when the lights are out.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat mouse!!

Pros: Very fast , accurate , attractive , and comfortable! The green glow matches my case. Makes a world difference in my gaming compared to my old cheap Microsoft mouse

Cons: Basically all the negative reviews i see on here i had the same problems.....light staying on after the system shuts down , having to replug it in after reboots, ect. Apparently this ships with really old drivers and firmware.........after upgrading both to the most recent ones, ALL OF THOSE PROBLEMS DISAPPEAR..........

Other Thoughts: ........I run Xp media center if anybody is interested. But to sum this up, this mouse is flawless if you take the steps to upgrade the firmware and drivers. Best mouse i ever owned

1 out of 5 eggsTERRIBLE

Pros: You can find things in the dark from the glow? Macro key assignment idea.

Cons: When you break it all down and eliminate the macro and key assignment software, this mouse really blows. It's an oversized clunker. Width wise, it's ok. As for the length, forget about it. The stretch to the middle mouse button/wheel is a MAJOR gaming disadvantage. Also the side buttons are a struggle to reach in that concave area. One must have the fingers of a 10 year old girl. All that hype is wasted on this. The G5 doesn't have as many keys but at least they can be reached unconciously after some mental training. This mouse is a real distraction and a total waste.

Other Thoughts: I am of course only speaking of the Copperhead. Havent tried their other mice. But, if it's anything like this one. *FLUSH IT*

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Mouse

Pros: Very sensitive mouse, nice clicking, and it's always active and waiting.

Cons: Right side buttons are kind of hard to click without moving the mouse around a lot. But who needs 'em... you got two on top, the wheel, and two on the left hand side.

Other Thoughts: This is a very sensitive mouse as I mentioned above.... some people may not like it. Glows green through the wheel, a hole in the top, and along the edge.

3 out of 5 eggsGreat when alive...

Pros: I've owned 2 of these mice (and a Habu) and they are top quality. Very responsive and comfortable. The descriptions on razer's site are very accurate.

Cons: Both my copperheads (and my habu) stopped working properly. They randomly turn off and on during use.

Other Thoughts: I'd love it if they didn't break. I know it wasn't a problem with my computer because I used them on 3 different computers.

5 out of 5 eggsthe best investment I have made

Pros: GREEN AND BLACK!! the best combo besides black abd blue. the laser is invinsible, the mouse is very smooth while moving around. the side grips are a huge plus compaired to the previous mice

Cons: the sides of the mouse arnt able to glow in a fancy pattern, the other mouses can't ether. would make the mouse cooler if it did

Other Thoughts: the mouse came with an official certifigate of purchase and the 3 snakes on the back of the mouse pulses when your not using the mouse "very nice effect". came with extra frictionless pads
