yes I use it with 10 . I play battlefield 4 on my PC and I like to fly..

Will/did it work with Win 8.1 or at least Win 7?

The joystick itself will work in any version of Windows (I use it on Win 7 x64). The Thrustmaster software for advanced configuration works in Win 7 at least - and most likely works in Win 8 (no reason it wouldn't).
