2 out of 5 eggsNot the best quality

Pros: Good sound quality when they worked, but that didn't last long.

Cons: I bought this headset in 2011 and after about a year the left side went out on them. I would have to move the wires around and it would sometimes work for awhile. This is a problem with many headsets, but usually happens when the product is abused. I took very good care of this headset and still had this issue. I did enjoy the headset while they worked, but they should have lasted over a year.

2 out of 5 eggsBroke within 5 months

Pros: Sound quality is good. "Vibe" vibration feature is cool.

Cons: Just 5 months after I bought the headset, and not using it that often, I noticed that the lights stopped working. I've tried everything to fix it. Now it seems I am just out of luck because it is too late to return back to Newegg and TekNmotion doesn't really seem to exist anymore. Going to the website labeled on the box just leads to another company's site that I'm guessing bought out TekNmotion. Either way that company no longer sells the Pulsewave 2 headset so I'm assuming they will not honor the one year warranty either. Would have been better off buying a $100 headset made by Razor or another high priced brand, then I would have atleast got money's worth.

2 out of 5 eggsCompletely fell apart

Pros: Inexpensive and reasonable sound quality

Cons: Completely fell apart after a couple months. The microphone jack fell out, the cable into the headset came undone, and it generally disintegrated.

It looks like the welds all came loose or something. Did nothing but put it on my head while I sat at a desk. Nothing fancy that would stress the thing.

2 out of 5 eggsGood Audio, cheap construction

Pros: Good audio, cheap, usb connection is convenient. Good bass, and vibration. Nifty built-in usb audio configuration utility.

Cons: This headset is made of the cheapest plastic in existence. It will break easily. I have repaired my headset 4x. Only reason I've spent that much time is I got them for free.

In case any of the functionality fails on your headset, its not the electronics, but the wiring. Its tiny lacquered wiring. I just spent the better part of two days completely rewiring the unit. The unit works like new again, but I would have been really mad if I had bought the unit new.

Other Thoughts: comfy unit, neat features, but look elsewhere if you want a unit that will last longer than 3 mo.

3 out of 5 eggsPay for what you get.

Pros: Very good quality sound.
Nice design offers usb or headphone jack.
In-line volume and vibe changer.

Cons: 3.5mm headphone & microphone jacks have very flimsy cords, very thin and break very easily.
also the microphone never actually worked, not sure if just mine or they don't work for all of them. not ordering another pair.

Other Thoughts: Overall. there not bad if your looking for a cheap pair to use for a short distance of time.

5 out of 5 eggsPerfect Headset

Pros: -Lights up to beats of music- very cool in dark
-Usb virtual sound which is equal to the headsets that are priced way more than these.
-Comfortable on both ears and for long periods of time
- The Company's support is a lot better than most imo
- detachable mic so you don't have to worry about them getting wrecked
- Umm vibrates so your ears will have multiple orgasms in 1 day
- Enough said....

Cons: None! They last a very long time if you take good care of them. first headset lasted more than a year until one day you let a kid sneak off in your room lol

Other Thoughts: Would you really rather pay in the 100's for 7.1 headsets that are overrated or would you pay for this perfectly made and priced headset that is equivalent to them?

2 out of 5 eggsNot happy

Pros: This was great while it lasted! I previously wrote a review giving it 5 stars because I was blown away by the quality for price.

Cons: About 2 months after the 1-year warranty ran out, so did the headset. I respect all of my electronic equipment and usually take great care to ensure I get my money's worth. Just one day, out of the blue, the right side speaker started to make popping and clicking sounds. Upon further investigation I found the solder connecting to the sound control box has been botched.

Other Thoughts: Just upset it was manufactured to only last past the warranty.

Went with a Rosewill headset and infinitely happier.

2 out of 5 eggs2 broken sets in less than 2 years.

Pros: Great sound for the money.
Long cord.
Comfortable for extended periods (about 2 to 4 hours).

Cons: Have owned 2 sets, both lost sound in the right ear in less than a year for each. (I let a friend use the first one and I thought they broke it. Replaced it and the same thing happened again. I take care of my equipment and use it lightly.)
Makes some funny clicking sounds from time to time.
No support from this company... (They don't even have a website. Or at least I couldn't find it.)

Other Thoughts: Buy from Newegg because they are awesome. But stay away from this product. You will pay the price. If you have to spend 20 dollars more on a different set it will be well worth it.

2 out of 5 eggsProblems already?

Pros: They sound great - good price point for the set.

Cons: the wire is loose or something inside the left earpiece, i have to twist it a million different ways for my sound to kick in, i haven't even had this a full year, pretty pi*sed off that they're already crapping out on me.

Other Thoughts: Spend a little extra money, stay away from this mass produced Chineese garbage.
