4 out of 5 eggsCool Mouse

Pros: Very good feel to it, i like the led lights inside. the software customization is also really cool. I like all of the extra buttons and the fact that the cord is braided.

Cons: The first one i received was broken the left mouse did not work. so i had to send it back. After a pain full two weeks since i bought it, it finally came in the mail.

Other Thoughts: I would recommend this mouse as long as you know and remember how much you spent on it.

1 out of 5 eggsStopped after 1 week

Pros: Excellent programmable buttons - I used it to play Tribes Ascend and adjusting the mouse sensitivity on the fly really helps with toggling between sniping and dueling.

Cons: "Breathing mode" does not shut off - the LEDs dim and glow in cycles. The color of the LEDS only changes via the MSI utility program (which is otherwise a great tool).
While playing a bit the mouse ceased functioning. Except the LEDs, which persist even when the computer is powered off, somehow. Upon reloading of the USB drivers and mouse utility, several restarts and changing which USB it plugs into, it still will not function. I don't really know what else to try, but it looks like it crapped out.

Other Thoughts: The optical light isn't on at all I'm noticing. But none of the buttons work either.

2 out of 5 eggsReally disappointed

Pros: - Looks really nice
- Slides well on the desk

Cons: - The middle click doesn't register even though you can hear it click
- Some times the sensor doesn't pick up fast movements
- The forward button is easy to accidentally press down

Other Thoughts: I got this mouse free after rebate from a combo deal from another store. I didn't need it but its free. I really wanted it to work well since it looks so nice. I gave it about a day of use before going back to my old mouse(MX518). Maybe I got a bad one but I still would recommend getting a different mouse.

4 out of 5 eggsGood mouse

Pros: It works really well, long cord (and durable, I don't know how many mice I've gone throgh because the cord was flimsy). The light up feature is nice, there is a button on the bottom you can use to change it to three colors. It's actually a pretty stunning looking mouse.

I use it for high detail graphic design and it does a great job.

I use it for gaming and I don't necessarily need all the extra 'macro' buttons, so I'm not rating it for that. They dont' get in my way, that's what I care about.

The wheel works really well, and is smooth, though it is not the smoothest, and it has grooves (I wish it had no grooves).

Cons: - The mouse flashes constantly, it doesn't actually just stay on solid.
- if you are using this on a laptop that doesn't have a tray that comes out, the disc is a tiny tiny disc that may not register (and I have a really high end laptop). So I had to search for the drivers manually.
-Every time I plug it in it seems to need to 'find' the drivers again, so I have no mouse capabilities until it finishes that
-There is no way to put the mouse to 'sleep' and have the mouse go dark.

4 out of 5 eggsSolid performance for the price.

Pros: Price, cheap laser mouse with a good dpi range and two extra thumb buttons. It has performed as advertised so far. No complaints.

Cons: None so far.

4 out of 5 eggsGood mouse for the price

Pros: - Very comfortable
- Lighting is amazing (6 different selectable colors)
- Software lets you customize 2 side buttons, left & right buttons, middle click button, wheel forward, wheel backward, 2 buttons near wheel (9 total customizations possible)
- Mode switch button (Profile1 / Profile2 switch) under mouse
- By default mouse speed can be changed instantly via the top buttons near mouse wheel

Cons: - High probability light fading effect will burn the LEDs out. Only time will tell. They should let you turn the fading effect on/off.

- Software doesnt properly set the Windows Enhanced Pointer Precision. Still must be set via Windows Mouse settings.

- Manual is un-descriptive/uninformative. You have to play around with the Software and Mouse a bit before you figure it out.

Other Thoughts: Cool mouse so far. Well work the $!

Time will tell how long the lights will work since they are set to fade in and out constantly but for this price I'm not to worried.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Does everything it's supposed to very well and is very comfortable. LED's are nice and bright but not usually visible during gaming which is nice since I don't usually get the chance to game until later at night. Love how it comes with extra sliding nubs for the bottom of the mouse.

Cons: Only problem I have with it, which isn't even a big deal at least for me, is that when you use the DPI buttons, there is no visual indication of change, so you have to try it out before go back to playing. Not something I particularly care for since I only ever use one DPI setting but I think it is an easy fix for the company that they overlooked.

Other Thoughts: All in all very well done mouse, great bang for your buck at current price ($29.99). 5/5

3 out of 5 eggsBroke after 7 weeks

Pros: * Ambidextrous design
* Excellent Price
* Great Driver Interface
* Looks Nice (definitely a plus)

I really like the way it feels in my hand. It's a great budget mouse for gaming whether you are playing an RTS, RPG, or FPS game. I love the lighting and the overall look of the mouse (dragon emblem, red and black braided cord, etc.).

Cons: It's definitely a budget mouse and unfortunately you get what you pay for. I had high hopes since this bad boy came from MSI, but after just 7 weeks the scroll wheel stopped working correctly. There was no abuse and I only logged about 100 hours gaming the time period in question, none of the games which I played used the scroll wheel all that often.

Other Thoughts: I ended up dropping about twice what this particular mouse cost and purchased a better one on sale for $30 less than it's MSRP. My advice would be to invest in a mouse that is actually going to hold up, lest you find yourself replacing it at about two months in, as I did.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat 6/2 SATA III motherboard

Pros: 8 SATA III ports, can use RAID with 6/8. Sweet dragons and LEDs

Cons: So much flair it feels childish. Not a fan of the "Killer" networking cruft

Other Thoughts: I use this in a gaming computer, but I configured two SATA ports with SSDs for gaming, and 6 SATA ports in a RAID5 for data storage that mirrors an old NAS.

If you are using this for the Intel RAID- note that the Intel RAID uses only SATA ports 1-6. There is a separate controller for SATA ports 7-8. You won't be able to use all 8 ports with the Intel RAID- but something like FreeNAS might be able to use all eight with the RAID disabled.

As a gaming motherboard, using two SSD drives and an add-in NVIDIA geForce card, it's pretty great. I'm not a fan of the modern BIOS, but once you get used to the layout it's not bad.

Beware that the on-board networking needs a fat driver download- there's no drivers for it included in Windows 7/8/8.1. I would have liked a standard network chipset and not all this Killer networking fluff. But I knew this was that kind of motherboard going into it.

Overall it's a great system coupled with an Intel socket 1150 Haswell i5 4460, 16 Gb GSKILL DDR3. I'm not too familiar with the many "tuner" features and I doubt I will use many.
