4 out of 5 eggsSolid mouse for the price

Pros: -Very solid feel in the hand, it has a nice shape and weight to it. From the few mouses that I've played around with, it's a little heavier than average but that's a pro for me, I feel like you'll be more accurate with a heavier mouse. The high bump in the middle of the mouse fits my palm/fingers perfectly and fill up my hand while not being too big and cumbersome.
-It's gorgeous. White on top and black on bottom with infinite amount of colors for the scroll wheel, dpi buttons and logo. Much better looking than other mouses I've seen, like some Razers and Logitechs.
-Smooth rubber grip. Nice and comfortable feel to it without it being too smooth to the point of being slippery.
-Easy to use software and customization. Once you find out where to download it (see other user review), it's a cinch to change the LEDs, button configuration, etc.

Cons: Just a couple of cons that take an egg away from it.
-Only 4 DPI settings. While I don't necessarily have to have a bunch of DPI levels, it does seem odd that there are 4 presets for the buttons on the mouse and only 4 options for DPI settings - 800, 1600, 3200 and 4000. I don't mind it much, but I know there are others that would like some choices in between those, like a 2400 or something.
-The scroll wheel is clunky. It's fine scrolling down but scrolling up isn't smooth and it's louder than scrolling down. Nothing too bad though, just not what I was expecting.

Other Thoughts: Definitely a great choice for the price and I certainly can't knock it for the minor cons I mentioned. A great size and shape and wonderfully responsive. Beautiful looks and infinite LED colors make it a real looker. Nice feel and seems like it will last me years before I need to replace it.

4 out of 5 eggsgood cost for a gaming mouse

Pros: Great adjuster mouse for someone used to using a really simple mouse so you're not overrun with buttons out the yang.
- multi adjustable color led's
- full color variety not just the 3 shown
-dpi setting is nice and the scroll wheel feels definitive when clicked

Cons: Can't say that the box had any form of software with it. full clean system had no issues identifying it and running it on a basic usb mouse driver till I found the right tool .
(listed below)

Other Thoughts: This site http://www.cmstorm.com/en/products/peripherals/recon/
has a tab at the bottom labeled "support".
Click it and then hit the "Recon Driver/Software AP" and you'll get the software for customizing the light/dp/ and profiles.

4 out of 5 eggsLarge improvement from old mouse

Pros: Responsive
Customized lighting works well
Programming the buttons is simple enough

Cons: Software is not the best
Sometimes unresponsive for unknown reasons

Other Thoughts: Before I got this I had been using a R.A.T M.M.O 7 gaming mouse that has caused me a lot of issues when the mouse being unresponsive to movement, the cursor being fidgety and other issues. Once I got this mouse hooked up the difference was instant. The cursor moved with my movements of the mouse and nothing seemed fidgety at all. Really happy with this mouse so far.
