4 out of 5 eggsfollow up on service

Pros: great mouse when it worked

Cons: Finally got a phone # for the Corsair service dept.Actually got it from another complaint hear that the company replied to.So it looks like I will get a replacement.Still stand by my statement about the non user friendly warrenty procedure.I offered to mail or fax a sales reciept to them but they said I had to email it.Well,I am not very good at anything pc wise except gaming. Finally got it done but still dont see why a mailed or faxed reciept wouldnt do.

Other Thoughts: good mouse but longevity may be an issue

2 out of 5 eggsGood mouse service not so much

Pros: Loved it for over a year. Was smooth & accurate.Mouse was better than I am for shooters(COD type games)

Cons: Service is way to difficult to access.I have had no luck at all trying to make a warranty claim. The mouse started getting erratic after about 14 months.I can not get help from the service dept. There is no way to contact a real person that I can find and the web sight is so non user friendly I would say it is designed to defeat warranty claims.

4 out of 5 eggsVery nice!

Pros: Solid feel, silky smooth movement, on the fly sensitivity changing, and clicks aren't too loud.

Cons: The only con I can think of is the fact that the aim assist button is kind of too far forward on the side of the mouse. My thumb can't comfortable reach it (maybe I have small hands) but they could have made the button larger or longer

Other Thoughts: Definitely worth the price. It works wonderfully and doesn't anger my girlfriend with loud clicks. The other day I was playing a browser game where you click a lot and had to stop myself saying "this mouse is too good for this haha"

3 out of 5 eggsSeems like a decent mouse, but doesn't fit hand

Pros: Well built, decent mouse, heavy

Cons: The panels where you rest your pinky and thumb have an odd surface texture and I found my skin on those fingers getting sore after continued use. The two small thumb buttons on the left side are oddly placed and aren't super comfortable to use.

Other Thoughts: The mouse seems decent, but it did not fit my hand well at all. I use the finger tip grip style and the size and shape of the mouse did not fit my grip well at all (it's a relatively short mouse so that may have been why). After a few weeks of use I began to develop wrist pain from regular levels of use and had to replace the mouse. I still use it for my secondary PC which I rarely use so the discomfort is not an issue. I replaced the mouse on my primary PC with a GIGABYTE M7 Thor which works much better for my hand and grip style.

5 out of 5 eggsHigh Quality Mouse

Pros: As with most corsair products the build quality is amazing. The product is very comfortable and the buttons are quite easy to reach. The soft touch texture on the mouse feels great and from what I've noticed stays relatively cool in my hand. I also really enjoy the styling of the mouse because it looks very aggressive without going over the top like some gaming mice tend to do. The software is also very easy to work with and I like the idea of having different layouts for all of my games.

Cons: The mouse can get covered in finger prints but is hard to notice unless it's in a good amount of light and I would like if it had a few more buttons.

Other Thoughts: I got this on sale at Best Buy of all places for $50 so for the price I'm not complaining although if it wasn't on sale I probably would have bought a razer naga or a logitech g600 for the extra buttons. For most games this mouse will do just fine but if you play a lot of mmo or rpg games go with something with more buttons

5 out of 5 eggsFinally... My Favorite Mouse

Pros: This mouse is the best mouse ever.
1. It's only 59.99
2. It doesn't have a ton of fancy buttons.
3. It does have a "aim helper" button

I bought this to replace a R.A.T. 7 which is the worst mouse in existence. This corsair on the other hand is amazingly great. It has nice feels in the hand and is weighted perfectly (and you can change the weights if you don't like it). The on the fly dpi change buttons work. The "aim assist" or whatever you want to call it works great. BOOM HEADSHOT.

Construction is solid, it doesn't feel like it will break at any point in the future. 15

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Very happy with this mouse as a replacement to my old annoying rat. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a mouse.

1 out of 5 eggscursor freezes - corsair wont answer tickets

Pros: amazing for price *if it worked*

Cons: unreliable, terrible customer service from corsair.

Other Thoughts: i got this mouse to replace a madcatz rat 3 (which was also a giant wad of garbage). it was on sale for $50, that price for a lazer gaming mouse with 8200 dpi and the awesome sniper button couldnt possibly be beat. so what does corsair do? turn the quality to that of a fisher price toy and refuse to answer their tickets. its been a week now. are they so backed up they cant answer a ticket within a week? maybe sell some quality products. corsair is a very good name, i just dont understand. but back to the point - the cursor freezes and wont move for 1-3 seconds and this happens every 5 minutes. gets me killed while gaming constantly and i cant stand it. what can i do about it? i have no idea. im being ignored.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Mouse

Pros: I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a mouse for gaming.
The mouse is programmable, has great dpi, great design and is a great price for a great product.

Cons: My only complaint was that it stopped working for a few minutes so I just reinstalled the drivers for the mouse and it worked.

Other Thoughts: I'd recommend a flat surface and a smooth mouse pad.
Have fun gaming!

1 out of 5 eggsGood while it lasted

Pros: Great mouse, comfortable with nice programmable buttons

Cons: I had TWO of these and the scroolwheel broke on both within 3 months of use. Must be a really cheap design since i'm very careful with my gear.

Other Thoughts: Would not recommend unless you're willing to change mouse after 2-3 months
