Pros: This unit does everything we asked off it. High quality scans, copies and reliable printing. We use brothers at our office and their price point and quality can't be beat.
Cons: Toner life is low, but you can purchase refurbs or generic laser toners from anywhere on the web to use to cut down your costs.

Brother is the Best

Pros: This is the second Brother Laser printer I have owned. The first one, a MFC 6800, owned for 5 years with no problems. From all indications so far, I believe this one will be as good.
Cons: Not a con for me, but this printer does not have a Fax. Cost of replacement toner cartridges are on the high side.
Other Thoughts: Set up was very easy with no problems. I like the front entry for envelopes.

Pros: Fast printer compared to any standard home and small office printers you can buy in the store.
Works with Windows 7 Professional full version. I did not even need the CD!!
Cons: wish it was wireless
Other Thoughts: You may ask how I have Windows 7 Pro full version already. I got it through the tech program at school from a web site. I have access to a lot of free software from Microsoft. I comes out for the general public on Oct 22 09.
