The fax setup was straight forward and the copier worked right out the gate. Cons: Mac OSX 10.8 will not work with the CD they send you! Also I was not having any luck downloading the drivers from their website. They would instal but I would still not be able to see the printer. I run parallels 8 so I installed it in windows and they was so easy it was frustrating. When warming up the printer makes a lot of noise and this isn't my first laser color printer. Maybe something is loose in the printer because it sounds like stuff is coming apart. Other Thoughts: Print quality is good but nothing to brag about. Very loud when warming up along with funny noises. Doesn't currently work with mac osx 10.8... hopefully we can fix this soon. for 294.00 I would buy another one for my home office but at full price it just wouldn't be worth it to me. OBSB 7/20/2012 5:50:34 AM Tech Level: 5/5 Ownership: 4/5	Rating: 5/5Highly functional Pros: Quality 3 in 1, this thing does not feel cheaply made despite the low price. Uses Control Center 3 management software, highly configurable. Ink is inexpensive. Automatic document feeder works well. Cons: Once in a while I get a phantom printer jam, curable by simply pressing OK. Printing envelopes in humid weather will seal them shut. You can get around this by folding the lip back around the envelope and feeding it in.
