Pros: It was all I needed: Print, Copy, and Scan. Plus it has wireless. The ink was more affordable than others.

Cons: Did not last long. It might have been partly due to buying it through Wal-Mart. The other day I went to plug in the power and the printer did not turn on. There must have been a short in the machine since the power box had a green light.

Other Thoughts: I'm thinking I'll have to find another brand. Hopefully with the similar features.

Pros: It "will" print.

Cons: This printer will not connect to an SSID that is hidden. When it is plugged in via USB it does print, but slowly and loudly. Used up entire standard ink in under two months of normal collage use. The menus to navigate the various option on the printer is a joke and very easy to hit the wrong button just to have to start over again. Spend a little more and get a 6800 series printer and don't look back.

Pros: It has the display for scanning and copying. Energy star, so goes to sleep to save some electricity.

Cons: It doesn't feed the paper correctly. When you contact HP they are no help. They actually said my warranty expired in May, I just bought it in November. It will start to feed the paper, then come up with an error saying out of paper. If it does feed through, it jams up inside, folding the paper in half before it hits the ink cartridges. Frustrated and fed up, and angry I spent so much on something that is now just a paper weight.

Other Thoughts: Reading reviews on other sites now, I see this is a major problem with this printer, not just something that happened to me. Make sure you research thoroughly on a product before purchasing.

Pros: The computer is fast, large storage, and small size

Cons: I'm not mad at newegg but I am at Joy system's because they didn't call me back until 2 days later after I called them about 15 times and left 5 messages. When they called back I was at my job and they said they will call me back at the time I told them to call me and i still haven't got any call back and its 2 days again. I run a side business and it makes me look bad to tell the customer that they will not get it at the time I told them after i got the product. I was able to get another Windows 7 version but it was a pain to get that. After this experience I will never order a product that from Joy systems.
