Call of Duty: Black OPS

Pros: Controller support built into the game! That is what made the game for me. Zombies mode is adventurous with the easter eggs in the game. Great online multi-player. Story line is good.

Cons: Game is now outdated. Expansions to the game are still pricey for being an outdated game. But all games outdate as soon as the next one comes out. No eggs lost on that fact.

Other Thoughts: Just the other day, I played the zombies mode on this game. I feel it is the best mode on the game. Even being outdated, I go back to play it. I love the controller support. I purchased Modern Warfare 3 but it did not have controller support. I only played several hours on MW3 and switched back to this game. Going to be a great classic for a while!

Pros: Great game! Graphics are good, mechanics are good, guns are good. This game activates on Steam! I'm a multiplayer person, so I don't even think I finished the campaign.

Cons: Every Call of Duty has something wrong with it (usually OP air support)

Other Thoughts: I prefer Valve's approach to DLCs with Portal 2. Are you creating them to improve the game, or do you just want money? I'll only buy them if its the former.

Other Thoughts: Great game had fun playing it

Pros: -Story is still confusing but it's linear as in you go straight. No confusion in game
-MP had issues at first but patches fixed up all the issues like glitches and whatnot
-Zombie mode is pretty basic nothing spectacular but it's simple. Nothing confusing

Cons: -The prices of DLC are OUTRAGEOUS.
-Nothing else

Other Thoughts: For those who complain about the game not working and for those considering purchasing this game. MAKE SURE your computer can run it! Rating this game low because you decided not to check your specs is ridiculous!

Pros: Good game worth the money

Cons: Not a lot of people playing it on the PC, not playable on lower-end PC's

Other Thoughts: Has the old feeling of Call of Duty 4.

Pros: Another hackfest bought to form artificial aiming and activision's refusal to fix it.

Pros: GRAPHICS ARE VERY GOOD~!
Story is pretty good also,, a bit confusing, but you really dont have to try to follow it, it will explain itself to you as you progress.
the melee attacks are very fun to watch in this game. wish they put more occasions in where you get to use it.

Cons: I beat the game in two days, didnt play consistantly, but honestly thats not too bad, i beat other games within a few hours.
The Zombie gameplay is just kinda dumb, i think playing through the story mode again is more entertaining..

Other Thoughts: I dont see why so many people are upset with this game. i did not run into any bugs with the game.
i have played many fps games, quake3, counterstrike, ut2004, fear, bioshock. ect. ect.. i think this game has a good storyline to it, and it was fun to play..
i also played world at war.. it was alright, but was missing that special something,, i think black ops, filled the gap that world at war left. the other cod games all felt the same up untill this one..
i really enjoyed it. there was something new that the other cod games didnt have..
to summerize all the other cod games, you are thrown into a battlefield, and have to kill guys while progressing.. the enemy's are infinite, and so are yours, all you have to do is make it to the other end of the battlefield.. black ops didnt feel like that.. its much better and definetly a step forward for the cod games.

Pros: Graphics
Gamplay (when I'm allowed to play instead of watching)

Cons: Single Player gripe - Ok, maybe I'm the only one but I am soooo tired of games that either have you watching "cut scenes" (with no way of skipping them) for most of the game or automatically taking over right in the middle of things. I buy games to PLAY them not WATCH them. If I need something to watch that's what my TV is for. Single player is way too short but this is becoming the norm, unfortunately. Take out most of the cut scenes and the game could be longer.

Pros: This is a great addon to the MW3 game.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: I like it.

Pros: Initially great graphics and the combat training mode eliminates the tedious ordeal of having to deal with the ever present hacks.

Cons: STEAM. Be warned. Having to purchase what used to be free " patches " and new maps will now cost you. Any hardware upgrades to your computer will cause you grief with STEAM. One reason I am here right now writing this review is because for some unknown reason when I tried to play " MY " COD game, STEAM told me " MY " game was unavailable!!! I paid for this game last year! I have NEVER had so many issues with a game as I have with this one. I can't help but feel like trying to play this game is like going through Customs and being body cavity searched. I will NEVER
( NEVER ) waste my time on a game that is tied to STEAM again... life is too short and precious.
