I just purchased this product.  It comes with a ASDM installation disk as the software with the purchase.  Does this product come with an ASDM license? Also does it come with the capability to upgrade the ASDM software with the appliance?

Yes it does come with a license and you can update it. Download the latest updates (ASDM & firmware) from Cisco as soon as you can. When your warranty period is over you will not be able to download updates unless you purchase a maintenance contract.

Hello , i want to ask if this product meant 50 users as vpn clients?

No, 50 user license means "inside" client licenses.  So you can have up to 50 devices on your LAN communicating at any given time.  So count the number of servers, workstations, IP printers, IP phones, network switches, WAPs, handheld devices etc. that will need to be active on your network at any given time.

This model allows up to 10 simultaneous VPN connections.  You can create as many VPN user accounts as you want, but only 10 remote users can connect at a time.

Technically only vLAN is supported with this license.  You can set up a separate DMZ, but not a secondary vLAN

Is this another EOL Cisco product? Been down that road before and I don't want to go there again.

What interface does this unit use for set-up/maintenance? Last Cisco router became obsolete as Cisco refused to update software to be used on later Windows based PCs.

There is no Wi-Fi capability on the ASA-5505. You can always add a generic Wi-Fi access point behind the ASA-5505.
