Pros: Since it never worked can't come up with anything.
Cons: Never worked! Original system was Windows XP SP3, Hardware manager could never find it, installation was followed to the letter (Linksys software install, then seating of NIC into system) to no avail, removed driver, let MS configure, still couldn't see it. Same computer upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate, hardware found, per many the blog I read avoided the install of the Linksys drivers, MS driver installed, device found, still didn’t work, always stated not enough resources. After a weekend full of installation/uninstallations of various drivers (Linksys, MS, & Broadcom) still nothing. This has to be the worst Cisco product I have ever had the displeasure of owning.
Other Thoughts: I believe I will be purchasing anything but Cisco from now on.

Pros: Works great with Vista. Easy to setup. Good reception.
Cons: Do not use the linksys software. Does not work with draft N routers while installed on a Windows 7 PC. So if you're not on Windows 7 or later, don't get this card.

Pros: Easy to Install, Clear Signal, No Drops. I purchased a wireless NIC for my desktop when I moved and could no longer have the desktop near the internet drop. I was skeptical about wireless as in the past I have always had issues with wireless NICs dropping the signal at random times. I have not had a single issue with this card once. This adapter has restored faith in wireless NICs for me.
Cons: None, some might complain about the antenna but I love that I can move it to best suit my directional needs.
