It was apparently necessary to do a factory reset after the required firmware upgrade in order to get it to work. Cons: I still have to reset the router occassionally because with the wireless will stop working. Wired connections continue to work. 3 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you? Very good tech support experience from trendnet when confronting an issue with AT&T DSL. Cons: Upload speed is currently really slow...I suspect a goobed-up setting. AT&T does not provide amazing detail regarding required settings. I expect it will work fine when I figure out the misconfig. Product documentation could be a little more explanatory to the non-network-pro user because this device has tons of options. Sections for "typical home DSL settings" would be nice, for instance. Other Thoughts: Strongly suggest calling TrendNet tech support when stymied - their resolution process was very methodical and complete, and didn't ask insulting questions after I told them that I'd power-cycled the thing. 2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. I have logged into my 2Wire modem and copied the settings as specified in the manual, but the Trendnet will not negotiate the DSL connection.
